This paper presents a DC motor speed control model using an H-bridge and an Arduino Uno R3. The H-bridge driver circuit is designed based on four IRF540 N-channel MOSFETs. Two IR2104 ICs are responsible for controlling these MOSFETs. The pulse width modulation (PWM) method is implemented on the Arduino Uno R3 board to drive these two IR2104s. The control signal is a square pulse with a frequency of 490.2 Hz, and the duty cycle is modulated from 3.9% to 98%. Experimental results show that this model operates accurately, reliably, and safely, with motor speed varying from 112 RPM to 2845 RPM. Furthermore, the experimental measurements achieve over 98% agreement with MATLAB simulation results, confirming the circuit's stability and effectiveness under loaded conditions.

This dataset provides a global time series of land cover indicators at 100 m spatial resolution for the period 2000–2024. It is part of a global ensemble of eight land cover indicators derived from two global land cover products, namely GLAD GLCLUC and GLC_FCS30D.The dataset was generated by combining the source land cover products through temporal interpolation, weighted averaging, and class overwriting. The native resolution of the source products is 30 m. The resulting data were resampled to 100 m using average resampling and are provided as COGs.The eight land cover indicators included in the overall dataset are:tfshortveg, tftrees, wtshortveg, wttrees, water, cropland, snowice, builtupFurther details on the methodology, source datasets, processing workflow, and data structure are available in the associated GitHub repository.This Zenodo record contains the terra firma short vegetation cover (tfshortveg) indicator. This report defines the testing objectives for the STU-GUARD technology in relation to the overall project goals and identified deployment scenarios, and proposes a structured testing process. The testing programme covers controlled irradiation, metrological experiments, radiation resistance testing, outdoor field trials, UAV avionics, deployment and retrieval of monitoring nodes, and adaptive multi-UAV mapping. Planned experiments involve facilities at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, the Slovak Institute of Metrology, the Czech Technical University in Prague, and selected outdoor locations. Each experiment is described together with its expected outputs, and the report concludes with a summary of the testing equipment to be used.

This study examines the effect of mandatory International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adoption on capital formation in Uzbekistan, with a particular focus on total equity growth among Public Interest Entities (PIEs). Using a panel dataset comprising 12 listed companies over the period 2017–2024, a fixed-effects regression model was employed to assess the transition from National Accounting Standards (NAS) to IFRS. The results indicate a statistically significant contraction in reported equity growth following mandatory IFRS adoption in 2021, which is interpreted as a "transparency correction" arising from stricter IFRS recognition and measurement requirements. IFRS adoption is associated with a 32.8% decrease in reported equity growth rates, while profitability, measured by return on equity (ROE), remains a highly significant positive determinant of equity growth. The findings suggest that IFRS adoption has contributed to improving the reliability and transparency of financial reporting in the Uzbek market by promoting more rigorous recognition and measurement practices compared with the pre-mandatory reporting period.
