OEIS A090518 records the prime quotient associated with A090517, with the fallback wording “or 0 if A090517(n) = 0,” and conjectures that no term is zero. We prove this conjecture by a direct elementary construction. For every integer n ≥ 1, the positive integer k = 5 · 10^(n−1) gives the prime quotient 2. Hence an admissible witness exists. Since one already occurs at a finite index k0, there is a first admissible integer among 1, . . . , k0, and this is the least admissible witness overall. The quotient associated with that least witness is prime by definition and therefore nonzero. Thus every term of A090518 is nonzero. No theorem on the distribution of primes is required. Separately, all 19 values currently displayed by OEIS are recomputed from the least-witness definition as a finite consistency check; the first ten are also checked with an independent elementary trial-division primality routine.

In the development of the PrAEctiCe Project Decision Support Tool (DST) in WP 4, the User Centred Design (UCD) methodology has been adopted to ensure that the tool meets the needs of all the stakeholders (farmers, advisors, researchers etc.) in the East African region. The co-creation activities are therefore crucial to the development of the DST as they provide useful feedback necessary for the development of a beneficial and relevant DST. The report presents the PrAEctiCe DST Architecture designs that follows the JDL/DFIG (Joint Directors of Laboratories/Data Fusion Group) reference model for structured Artificial Intelligence (AI) showing the levels from level 0 to level 5 in details as specified in the Grant Agreement (GA). These designs were presented to the stakeholders during the co-creation workshops to enable them identify functionalities that were missing or those that were not important for them in discharging their mandates.

Caribbean literature produced in the U.S. and highlights Puerto Rico’s unique political relationship with the United States. The study explains how twentieth-century migration waves created a large Puerto Rican diaspora, particularly in New York City. Through works such as Spiks, Soto portrays cultural dislocation, social exclusion, and discrimination faced by migrants. His characters often struggle with identity and belonging, feeling rejected by both U.S. and Puerto Rican societies. The narratives depict poverty, segregation, and life in communities such as Spanish Harlem. Soto’s fiction therefore serves as valuable historical and social testimony. Overall, the chapter demonstrates how literature helps reveal the human consequences of migration and the complex relationship between Puerto Rico and the United States.

This record contains aggregate results, fully fabricated demonstration data and expected outputs, public-safe figure and table source quantities, and Monte Carlo validation outputs from a stochasticity-aware, multicenter evaluation of synthetic tabular ICU data.It does not contain row-level records from MIMIC-IV, SICdb, or eICU-CRD, and it does not contain the 45 MIMIC-IV-derived row-level synthetic datasets. Those excluded synthetic datasets could not be distributed through PhysioNet under the current legal/georestriction policy applicable to the contributor's jurisdiction; this is a legal and governance boundary, not a scientific rejection. The package supports post-fit reproducibility without patient-level clinical data. It excludes patient-level predictions, fitted models, generator checkpoints, source-cohort reconstruction materials, and synthetic-data regeneration assets. The public software authority remains the GitHub repository at frozen commit e9aec21996b1af5b39ad2c4d3b94dd6ed218e712; this Zenodo dataset record is not the software authority.Version 1.1.0 adds known-truth decision-consequence simulation aggregates, empirical realization/destination decision-instability summaries, final U6 figure/table scalar sources, frozen protocols, executed-code reference copies, and aggregate reproducibility/QC materials. It supports aggregate-result verification and post-fit reproducibility, not complete reconstruction from restricted patient-level or hospital-level inputs. Clinical hospital identifiers, raw EUL/bootstrap rows and all 45 row-level synthetic datasets remain excluded. Deposited results/documentation retain CC BY 4.0; original code is MIT; upstream software and source clinical databases retain their own terms.

Purpose. This document specifies the Inhalation Transmissibility Framework (ITF), a structured evidence-based methodology for assessing whether, and by which pathway, a pathogen transmits through inhalation. It is the authoritative reference for the framework’s question set, evidence handling, scoring mechanics and classification logic, and it documents the assessment software that implements them.
The problem addressed. The COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated that the scientific community lacked a reproducible method for determining transmission route. Consensus on airborne transmission of SARS-CoV-2 remained contested well into 2021 despite substantial evidence, with consequences for ventilation policy, respiratory protection and public messaging. Existing approaches ask whether transmission occurred rather than how, apply evidence standards that few real-world studies can meet, and do not systematically evaluate the biological prerequisites that determine which routes are possible at all.
A failure mode the framework is built against. Where a transmission route has not been studied, or has been studied by methods incapable of detecting it, frameworks that represent evidence as a single signed quantity return the same result as they would for a route studied and excluded. Absence of evidence is thereby reported as evidence of absence. This is not a hypothetical concern: it is the mechanism by which airborne transmission of SARS-CoV-2 was for a period treated as unproven, and by the same standard the airborne transmission of measles and tuberculosis would also fail to qualify. The ITF is constructed so that this substitution cannot occur silently.
Architecture. The framework comprises seven questions in two groups. Three scored biological prerequisites (Q1 respiratory tract replication, Q2 survival in airborne particles, Q3 receptor distribution) establish mechanistic capability. Two unscored anatomical context sub-questions (Q1.1, Q3.1) record where replication and receptors are located, informing interpretation without contributing to any determination. Three transmission pathway questions (Q4A natural, Q4B procedure-associated, Q4C environmental aerosolisation) establish what has been demonstrated epidemiologically. Evidence is graded within four domains weighted by relevance to human inhalation transmission.
