Maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida oliy ta'lim muassasalari rahbar-xodimlarining kommunikativ kreativligini rivojlantirishga mo'ljallangan olti bosqichli tashkiliy-pedagogik mexanizm ishlab chiqiladi. Among consumers who had previously purchased through TikTok Shop, this study examines whether affiliate marketing content remains associated with customer retention and whether customer trust carries part of that relationship. Survey data were collected from 100 purposively selected Generation Z fashion consumers in West Java and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Affiliate marketing content was positively associated with customer trust (β = .752, p < .001) and customer retention (β = .319, p = .003), while trust was positively associated with retention (β = .446, p < .001). The specific indirect relationship through trust was significant (β = .335, t = 2.858, p < .001), and the direct relationship remained significant after trust was included. This pattern is consistent with complementary partial mediation. The findings locate trust as one relational mechanism connecting affiliate communication with retention, while the remaining direct relationship points to processes beyond trust. For sellers and fashion brands, the results place greater emphasis on accurate and credible affiliate communication than on content volume alone. Because the data are cross-sectional and self-reported, the findings describe associations within the model rather than causal effects or observed repeat purchasing.

RESUMEN El conocimiento científico contemporáneo se desarrolla a través de múltiples disciplinas, escalas y formas de aproximación a los problemas que enfrenta la sociedad. En este contexto, el volumen 11, número 42 de Alianzas y Tendencias BUAP reúne contribuciones que, aunque pertenecen a campos de estudio diferentes, convergen en una preocupación común: comprender y transformar nuestro entorno mediante el conocimiento científico, tecnológico y creativo, procurando al mismo tiempo reconocer los límites impuestos por los sistemas naturales. La presente editorial establece vínculos conceptuales entre tres de las contribuciones que integran este número. La primera aborda el desarrollo de películas y recubrimientos comestibles como alternativas sostenibles para la conservación de alimentos y la reducción de pérdidas poscosecha. La segunda analiza el manejo de los recursos naturales asociado con un anteproyecto de aprovechamiento de energía mareomotriz en Baja California, incorporando dimensiones ecológicas, sociales, institucionales y de gobernanza. La tercera estudia la influencia de la temperatura, la humedad relativa y la concentración del inóculo sobre la progresión de la marchitez bacteriana causada por Ralstonia solanacearum en plantas de jitomate. Finalmente, la portada del número, acompañada por una reflexión artística sobre la energía, la inestabilidad atómica y la búsqueda humana de lo imposible, amplía el diálogo hacia una dimensión simbólica. Estas contribuciones muestran que la innovación científica no puede separarse de la comprensión de los sistemas naturales, de sus interacciones y de las responsabilidades asociadas con su transformación.   ABSTRACT Contemporary scientific knowledge develops through multiple disciplines, scales, and approaches to the problems facing society. In this context, Volume 11, Issue 42 of Alianzas y Tendencias BUAP brings together contributions that, although belonging to different fields of study, share a common concern: understanding and transforming our environment through scientific, technological, and creative knowledge, while also recognizing the limits imposed by natural systems. This editorial establishes conceptual connections among three of the contributions featured in this issue. The first addresses the development of edible films and coatings as sustainable alternatives for food preservation and the reduction of postharvest losses. The second examines natural resource management in connection with a preliminary project for harnessing tidal energy in Baja California, incorporating ecological, social, institutional, and governance dimensions. The third investigates the influence of temperature, relative humidity, and inoculum concentration on the progression of bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum in tomato plants. Finally, the cover of this issue, accompanied by an artistic reflection on energy, atomic instability, and the human pursuit of the impossible, extends this dialogue into the symbolic realm. Together, these contributions demonstrate that scientific innovation cannot be separated from an understanding of natural systems, their interactions, and the responsibilities inherent in transforming them.

We examine the behavior of the local position-space observables for the renormalized mass parameter, that were introduced in a previous paper, but in our case here extended to the case in which we have the presence in the theory of finite and non-zero external sources which are constant over the whole Euclidean lattice. We also introduce and test a new set of local observables, which eliminate the small dependence of the local observables on the momentum-space observables through the residue of the pole of the propagator, which was still present in the previous set of local observables. We verify that the original local observables still work in the presence of non-zero external sources, when compared with the results obtained from the momentum-space propagator. In fact, we verify that in the presence of non-zero external sources all the local observables previously defined give the correct results for the renormalized mass parameter both in the symmetric phase and in the broken-symmetric phase. Further, we verify that the newly defined local observables work equally well, and therefore we establish the complete independence of the local position-space observables from the momentum-space measurements, thus eliminating the need for Fourier transforms. Finally, we determine how the two main properties of the momentum-space propagator, namely the renormalized mass parameter and the residue of the propagator, depend on the value of the external sources. We find that the renormalized mass increases with the external source, while the residue of the propagator is not affected too much. We show that the changes in the renormalized mass parameter due to the external sources are largest near the critical point. Deep in the symmetric phase these changes decrease, until we reach the free theory, where they vanish altogether. Deep in the broken-symmetric phase they also decrease and seem to approach zero.
