This dataset provides high-resolution, telemetry-rich discrete-event simulation traces generated by **ECCOS** (*Event-Driven Computing Continuum Orchestration Solver*).   The dataset contains the complete 5,000-iteration benchmark runs evaluated in the research article: > *"Event-Driven Computing Continuum Orchestration Solver (ECCOS): A Discrete-Event Simulation Framework for Optimal Service Placement and ML-Ready Trace Generation"*, Mireia Jaume, Isaac Lera, Carlos Guerrero (Submitted for evaluation).   ### Dataset Overview The archive contains 20,000 step-by-step state transition files formatted as Markov Decision Processes (MDP) $(s_t, a_t, r_t, s_{t+1})$, totaling ~3.1 GB of raw JSON telemetry across four canonical benchmark evaluation scenarios:   1. **Electric Storm (`electric_storm_multi_ilp_all_20260910_130039`):** Severe correlated node and link failure cascades across geographical zones, testing multi-objective placement recovery, failover policies, and service migration under degraded capacity. 2. **Crowd Event (`crowd_event_multi_ilp_all_20260916_131352`):** Massive localized influx of mobile users into an ultra-dense area, testing edge access-point congestion, user mobility handoffs, and compute offloading. 3. **Demand Surge (`demand_surge_multi_ilp_all_20260910_131401`):** Sudden viral surge in service request frequency combined with localized link degradations (brownouts), testing dynamic elasticity and SLA compliance. 4. **Normal Conditions (`normal_conditions_multi_ilp_all_20260910_072946`):** Steady-state baseline scenario with standard Poisson request arrivals, continuous uniform mobility, and degree-correlated resource distribution across Cloud, Fog, and Edge tiers.   ### File Structure & Data Model Each discrete step is saved as `Simulation{i}.json` capturing: - `users_before` / `users_after`: User spatial coordinates $(x,y)$, mobility vectors, connected access points, and per-application request rates. - `apps_before` / `apps_after`: Microservice chains (SFC/DAG) with compute footprints (CPU, RAM). - `placement_before` / `placement_after`: Active allocation matrix mapping microservices to physical continuum nodes. - `node_before` / `node_after`: Computing capacities, load utilization, and operational/degraded states. - `edge_before` / `edge_after`: Network topology links, latencies, available bandwidth, and failure states. - `action`: The triggering discrete event (e.g., node_drop, user_move, app_request, link_degrade). - `metrics_before` / `metrics_after`: End-to-end latency, energy consumption, migration costs, solver execution time, and global objective values.   ### Code Repository & Reproduction The simulation framework, plotting pipeline, and experiment runners are openly available on GitHub: https://github.com/acsicuib/ECCOS

Supplementary material for the manuscript "Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhea Phenotype and Cardiovascular Disease Risk." Contents:- Supplementary Table 1: STROBE checklist for reporting of observational studies.- Supplementary Tables 2–5: Sensitivity analyses, including additional adjustment for hormone therapy use in 1993; exclusion of participants reporting hormone therapy use in 1993; exclusion of participants reporting oral contraceptive, Norplant, or Depo-Provera use in 1993; and a redefined overall CVD outcome excluding coronary revascularization. Study summary: In a prospective cohort of 52,655 premenopausal women from the Nurses' Health Study II followed biennially from 1993 to 2019, we examined whether a functional hypothalamic amenorrhea (FHA) phenotype (irregular or absent cycles without PCOS traits, combined with low BMI and/or high physical activity) was associated with incident cardiovascular disease and cardiometabolic risk factors. FHA phenotype in mid-adulthood (ages 29–40) was associated with higher risk of total CVD (HR 1.62; 95% CI 1.01–2.59), coronary heart disease (HR 1.91; 95% CI 1.11–3.27), and type 2 diabetes (HR 1.86; 95% CI 1.41–2.47), but not with stroke, hypertension, or elevated cholesterol. FHA phenotype in early adulthood (ages 18–22) was not associated with outcomes. Individual-level Nurses' Health Study II data are not included. Access may be requested through the Nurses' Health Study data access procedures, subject to applicable approvals and data use agreements.

Extreme-fidelity synthesis of musical elements, based on the MASS framework: psychophysical descriptions of musical elements in LPCM audio, expressed as equations and corresponding Python routines. State is updated at every sample, so a rendered sound is as close as it can be to the mathematical model that describes it. The package covers synthesis of notes and their variation (vibrato, glissando, FM and AM, ADSR envelopes, the six noise colours), filters and their design, spatialisation by interaural time and intensity difference and by measured head-related transfer functions, reverberation, music theory (the diatonic modes, the minor scales, triads and tetrads, the intervals and their names, the harmonic series), permutation groups and change-ringing peals, and a sensory-stimulation toolkit whose stimuli each name the technique they implement in the SSTIM vocabulary. Its correspondence with the published framework is measured rather than asserted. Every routine is compared with the MASS reference implementation, and separately against the numbered equations of the article itself: 26 of the reference's 35 routines are reproduced sample for sample and the rest diverge for stated reasons, and 46 of the article's 47 labelled equations are checked by a test, which is all 46 that a test could settle. Where the article, the reference implementation and this package disagree, the disagreement is recorded with the evidence for it.

FOMBridge (Forest Omics Mechanism Bridge) is a provenance-aware Python workflow for integrating heterogeneous public Populus multi-omics evidence without forcing non-equivalent raw matrices into a common feature space. This archival release accompanies the manuscript "FOMBridge separates context-specific effectors from convergent chemical-signaling architectures across public Populus multi-omics datasets." The release contains accession-grounded source metadata, public quantitative facts, deterministic derived metrics, 27 typed evidence edges, nine mechanism modules, Evidence Readiness Index outputs, all 84 positive 0.1-step sensitivity weighting combinations, exact-entity replication and process-level convergence audits, source data and generation code for Figures 1 through 8, validation scripts, a data dictionary, claim-to-source provenance, and machine-readable repository metadata. No raw third-party omics files are redistributed and no synthetic biological outcomes are used. The Evidence Readiness Index is a provenance/readiness score rather than a biological effect size or probability, and process-level convergence is kept distinct from exact molecular replication.
