Arterial gipertenziya yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarining eng muhim o‘zgartirilishi mumkin bo‘lgan xavf omillaridan biri bo‘lib, uzoq muddat davomida nazorat qilinmagan arterial bosim yurak ishemik kasalligi, miokard infarkti, yurak yetishmovchiligi va boshqa yurak-qon tomir asoratlari rivojlanish xavfini oshiradi. Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, 2024-yilda 30–79 yoshdagi taxminan 1,4 milliard kishi arterial gipertenziyaga ega bo‘lgan. Shu bilan birga, bemorlarning katta qismida arterial gipertenziya yetarli darajada nazorat qilinmaydi. Mazkur maqolada arterial gipertenziya bilan kasallangan bemorlarda yurak ishemik kasalligi rivojlanishining asosiy xavf omillarini erta aniqlash, ularni kompleks baholash, profilaktik choralarni takomillashtirish hamda antihipertenziv terapiyani individualizatsiya qilish masalalari tahlil qilindi. Tahlilda arterial bosim darajasi, yosh, semirish, dislipidemiya, qandli diabet, chekish, jismoniy faollikning yetishmasligi, noto‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, buyrak faoliyati va oilaviy anamnez kabi omillarga e’tibor qaratildi. Yurak-qon tomir xavfini faqat arterial bosim ko‘rsatkichi bilan emas, balki bemorning umumiy xavf profili asosida baholash zarurligi asoslandi.
arterial gipertenziya, yurak ishemik kasalligi, yurak-qon tomir xavfi, xavf omillari, profilaktika, antihipertenziv terapiya, dislipidemiya, yurak-qon tomir profilaktikasi.

The state space of quantum light contains infinitely many photon-number levels, whereas numerical models usually retain only finitely many. Direct truncation can introduce Wigner negativity into an initially Wigner-positive state. We prove that every Wigner-positive state of finitely many modes admits physical approximations with finite photon-number support under the same mean-energy cap. For \(m\) modes, mean total photon number at most \(E\), and trace-norm error at most \(\varepsilon\in(0,1]\), a sufficient cutoff is
\[L=O\!\left((E+1)\varepsilon^{-2}\left[m+\ln\frac{E+2}{\varepsilon}\right]\right).\]
The construction represents Wigner positivity by operator positivity in an enlarged system, where local photon-number projections preserve it. It yields finite semidefinite programmes whose optima \(q_L(A,E)\), for any bounded Hermitian observable \(A\), satisfy
\[0\le\Omega_E(A)-q_L(A,E)\le\varepsilon\inf_{c\in\mathbb R}\|A-cI\|,\]
where \(\Omega_E(A)\) is the optimum over all Wigner-positive states under the same energy cap. At fixed mode number and energy, a continuity bound also provides finite approximations to Wigner entropy minima and finite witnesses for every strict entropy deficit. These bounds determine how much of the infinite state space a calculation must retain to certify its conclusions.

Variances and correlations are standard summaries of optical fluctuations. We determine the least uncertainty they enforce in measurements of the two conjugate field quadratures, quantified by the sum of their Shannon entropies. For any finite number \(m\) of modes and any prescribed finite physical covariance \(\Gamma\), we prove
\[\inf_{\operatorname{Cov}\rho=\Gamma}\bigl[h(Q^m)+h(P^m)-m\ln(\pi e)\bigr]=\min_{\substack{G+i\Omega/2\succeq0\\G\preceq\Gamma}}\frac12\ln\det(4G_QG_P).\]
Here \(\Omega\) is the canonical commutation matrix, \(G_Q,G_P\) are the two diagonal covariance blocks, and the vacuum quadrature variance is \(1/2\). A pure Gaussian core attains the matrix minimum. In one mode, let \(a=\operatorname{Var}Q\), \(b=\operatorname{Var}P\), \(c=\operatorname{Cov}(Q,P)\) and \(d=\sqrt{ab}-|c|\). The excess above \(\ln(\pi e)\) has infimum
\[g(d)=\ln(d+1/(4d))\quad(0<d<1/2),\qquad g(d)=0\quad(d\ge1/2).\]
Rare, widely displaced components carry the remaining covariance at vanishing entropy cost. Mixtures of Gaussian states and, separately, coherent pure-state constructions approach the same bound while preserving the target covariance exactly. Finite matrix certificates incorporate covariance errors, making the optimal uncertainty law usable with measured second moments.
