Замонавий хорижий тил таълимида талабаларнинг грамматик билим ва луғат бойлигини эгаллаши билан бир қаторда, тил воситаларидан реал мулоқот жараёнида самарали фойдалана олиши муҳим ҳисобланади. Коммуникатив тил ўқитиш (Communicative Language Teaching — CLT) ёндашуви тилни мулоқот воситаси сифатида ўргатишга асосланади. Мақолада жуфтликда ишлаш, кичик гуруҳларда муҳокама, ролли ўйинлар, ахборот алмашишга асосланган топшириқлар ва муаммоли коммуникатив вазиятларнинг талабаларнинг оғзаки нутқига таъсири ёритилади. Таҳлил натижасида коммуникатив фаолиятларга асосланган таълим муҳити талабаларнинг инглиз тилида мазмунли ва мақсадли мулоқот қилиш имкониятларини кенгайтириши аниқланади.

Abstract: Breast cancer now tops incidence rankings in much of sub-Saharan Africa, yet mostcountries lack nationally endorsed diagnostic reference levels (DRLs) for mammography. Thisnarrative review synthesizes the dosimetric foundations of mammography dose metrics, mapsinternational DRL values published since 2018, and examines why Cameroon, despite a risingcancer burden and IAEA-supported regulatory reform, has not translated optimizationprinciples into practice. Three questions guided the work: what quantities and conversionformalisms underpin mammography DRLs; how comparable are current international valuesgiven methodological heterogeneity; and what structural, technical, and human-resourcebarriers obstruct implementation in Cameroon, along with a phased roadmap that is feasiblerather than aspirational. A systematic search of PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and greyliterature from the IAEA, ICRP, and the Cameroonian Ministry of Public Health yielded 58primary sources. The evidence shows wide variation in reported DRLs, driven by phantomversus patient-based protocols, thickness stratification choices, and the transition from 2Ddigital mammography to digital breast tomosynthesis, while Cameroon faces an almostcomplete absence of calibrated dosimetry equipment, clinically qualified medical physicists,and a national dose registry. A pragmatic six-phase pathway is proposed, beginning with anequipment census and phantom-based pilot at four to six centers, progressing throughprovisional local DRLs to regulatory adoption and regional harmonization via the AFRAnetwork. The review concludes that sustainable DRL implementation in resource-limitedsettings demands phased investment in metrology infrastructure and workforce developmentbefore national values can be meaningfully set.

Help-seeking behaviour regarding bipolar disorder among young adults is still a challenge especially in a developing country like Nigeria. Understanding factors that impede help seeking behaviour become relevant in the extant literature. The present study examined the predictive role of cultural beliefs and perceived stigma on help-seeking behaviour regarding bipolar disorder among Young Adults in North-Central Nigeria. The study adopted a cross-sectional design among 390 respondents from an online survey. Self-report measures of help seeking behaviour scale, cultural beliefs scale and perceived stigma scale was used for data collection. Descriptive and inferential data were analysed using the IBM-SPSS software. The result revealed that cultural beliefs significantly predicted help seeking behaviour (R = .315; R² = .099; F(1,388) = 42.74, p < .05). The result also revealed that perceived stigma did not predict help seeking behaviour (R = .015; R² = .00; F(1,388) = 0.86, p>.05. The study concluded that cultural beliefs harm help-seeking behaviour regarding bipolar disorder among young adults. It is recommended that intervention tailored toward eliminating cultural myths should be design which ultimately may encourage help seeking behaviour

The finding can be clinically important, but an image is not a mechanism: a cavernous malformation outside vestibular pathways may coexist with benign positional vertigo, and a genuine central vestibular process may be present even before a small posterior fossa infarct becomes visible on early diffusion imaging.
