For this purpose institution of marriage is suggested with a comprehensive code.This code defines the eligibility and suitability of a person to marry other, for a valid Nikah; the marriage contract. On the other side, this code explains the conditions without which a Nikah cannot get legality. In this regard, the views and approaches of Shi’a jurists are noteworthy and significant as an interpretation of Islamic injunctions. Therefore, the following research paper explores the same. It must remain clarified that according to Shi’ah Imamia sect, Nikah Mut’a is also legal, on the other side, Sunni Fiqh declares it illegal.  Key-words: Conjugal life, Eligibility for Nikah, Shi’ah Approach.

The VitiBench Dataset Suite is a collection of datasets designed to support computer vision applications in viticulture. It comprises two real-world grapevine leaf image datasets and one synthetic vineyard segmentation dataset. The first leaf dataset contains 472 RGB images representing six Vitis vinifera L. cultivars acquired between May and July 2017 at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro experimental vineyards, Portugal, under controlled white-background conditions. The second dataset contains 815 RGB images from twelve grapevine cultivars acquired between July and September 2019 under natural vineyard conditions and varying illumination scenarios. The third dataset was generated using the PROMORE procedural modelling framework, which creates virtual rural environments composed of vineyard rows, trees, buildings, agricultural assets, animals, and low vegetation distributed over Voronoi-based parcels. Simulated aerial image acquisition was performed to automatically generate RGB imagery and corresponding segmentation masks. The dataset suite can be reused in educational activities, comparative model evaluation, algorithm exploration, and rapid prototyping of classification and semantic segmentation methods for digital ampelography, precision viticulture, and agricultural artificial intelligence.

Biroq, XXI asr nasri tahlili shuni ko‘rsatadiki, badiiy matn muqaddas manbalardan (Qur’oni Karim, Injil, Avesto va tasavvufiy bitiklar) yuz o‘girgani yo‘q, aksincha, ular bilan chuqur intermatnli muloqotga (intertextual dialogue) kirishmoqda. Tadqiqotda Qur’oni Karim, Injil, Avesto va tasavvufiy bitiklarning zamonaviy badiiy matn tarkibida namoyon bo‘lish shakllari hamda ularning poetik-semantik funksiyalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Muqaddas manbalarning syujet, obraz, motiv, ramz, allyuziya, iqtibos va reminissensiya ko‘rinishida qayta namoyon bo‘lishi, ularning yangi badiiy kontekstda transformatsiyalanishi va yangi ma’nolar hosil qilishi tahlil etiladi.

The article examines the networked nature of contemporary digital media discourse and the role of power, ideology, and technological mechanisms in the formation and circulation of narratives. Drawing on the critical discourse analysis approaches of Teun A. van Dijk and Norman Fairclough, it discusses the function of language in constructing social reality, power relations, and ideological meanings. Particular attention is paid to the influence of algorithmic moderation, recommendation systems, and personalized information flows on the production and distribution of discourse across digital platforms. The second line of discussion addresses recent developments in computational linguistics, including neural language models, transformer architectures, corpus linguistics, and natural language processing technologies in the context of the Azerbaijani language. The limited representation of Azerbaijani in global artificial intelligence ecosystems, the shortage of large annotated corpora, the processing challenges created by its agglutinative morphology, and the need to improve speech technologies are identified as major issues. The article concludes that the development of a national digital language infrastructure – encompassing large-scale written and spoken corpora, morphological analyzers, NLP systems, and AI models optimized for Azerbaijani – should be regarded as a strategic scientific and technological priority.
