Version 1.1.0. Adds result files and scripts for the exact randomisation, the tariff-exposure and announcement-date specifications, the exact decomposition of the sustainability profile shift, and the allocation-rule dispersion and information checks. The claim registry now holds 324 claims.Data, derived series and analysis code for a study of United States imports of 32 materials underpinning quantum technologies, reconstructed by partner and month at ten-digit tariff resolution from January 2019 to June 2026, across China's export controls of 2023 to 2025.
Contents. data/ the reconstructed panels and the tables any result depends on. results/ the derived series, one file per analysis step. code/ the scripts that build the panels and produce every result, with code/paper/ the checks that rebuild the supplementary tables.
Verification. code/claim_registry.py holds every numeric statement in the article with the sample it is computed on, the rule that selected that sample, its metric and its inference, and recomputes each from the files here:
cd code && python claim_registry.py
It reports 324 of 324 claims verified and 41 of 41 declared p-values recomputed. MANIFEST.csv lists every staged file with its size and SHA-256.

This archive accompanies the manuscript "Interaction-Aware QUBO Post-Pruning Converts Gradient-Boosted Trees into Low-Redundancy Predictive Signatures." It contains the original Python analysis scripts, processed result tables, small public benchmark data caches, manuscript source, and figure files for the benchmark and biological case studies (PBMC, DepMap, and Perturb-seq), including representative D-Wave quantum-annealing spot checks. The README, RUN_REPRODUCTION.md, and data_sources.md describe inspection of archived results and the steps and public sources needed to rerun analyses. Large third-party raw datasets and private API credentials are intentionally excluded. This paper presents a comparative analysis of MobileNetV2 and EfficientNetB0 for face and fingerprint recognition in amachine learning-enhanced access control system. The study was developed within an edge computing security frameworkwhere biometric verification was integrated with contextual risk analysis and Chinese Wall policy enforcement.MobileNetV2 was adopted for facial recognition because of its lightweight convolutional architecture and suitability forefficient image classification. EfficientNetB0 was adopted for fingerprint recognition because of its compound scalingstrategy and strong feature extraction capability. The models were trained and evaluated using locally captured real-userbiometric samples organized into ten identity classes. MobileNetV2 achieved approximately 97% target accuracy for facerecognition, while EfficientNetB0 achieved approximately 93.36% accuracy for fingerprint recognition. Although the facemodel produced higher reported classification accuracy, the fingerprint model provided strong operational stability as aphysiological verifier. The findings support the use of both models in a bimodal biometric access-control framework.Keywords- MobileNetV2, EfficientNetB0, face recognition, fingerprint recognition, machine learning, deep learning,bimodal biometrics, access control, edge computing, biometric authentication.

The Voynich Manuscript exhibits strong statistical regularities, but the distinction between recoverable grammar and recoverable lexical meaning remains unresolved. This study asks how far a progressively frozen, cross-validated analysis can reconstruct the manuscript’s internal word-building system without assigning meanings from illustrations, candidate languages, or post-hoc English paraphrase.Using canonical transcription, protected holdout partitions, alternate-transcription replication, exact host substitutions, and adversarial stopping rules, the analysis recovers a cumulative left-edge morphology, a transferable inventory of 39 surface CORE-0 stem/bodies, reproducible host-by-right-state coupling, a stable K/T referential contrast, and a directed network among powered lexical cores.The 39-core inventory predicts protected-frame combinatorics and content-blind contextual fingerprints out of sample, while attempts to decompose these bodies into a deeper transferable root layer fail. Nine recurring hosts show strongly replicated coupling to EY/EEY/EDY right-edge states, supporting a distributed morphological paradigm rather than independent left- and right-side systems. A 28-node directed CORE network also replicates across canonical calibration, untouched Holdout, and alternate-transcription tests, yielding neutral outbound- and inbound-biased stem classes without requiring part-of-speech or semantic assignments.On the project’s fully constrained 1,609-line benchmark, 12,299 of 12,495 positions are role-naturalizable (98.4314%), leaving 196 opaque positions. This percentage is explicitly a conditional benchmark-maturity statistic, not a measure of literal plaintext recovery or manuscript-wide translation accuracy.Repeated attempts to cross from structural organization to ordinary lexical meaning—including deeper-root induction, topic clustering, functional-neighborhood anchoring, local lexical syntax, illustration matching, source-language fitting, and prospective semantic transfer—fail the project’s promotion criteria. The resulting contribution is therefore a structural decipherment rather than a lexical one: a reproducible grammatical and morphological architecture together with an empirically identified lexical-identifiability ceiling.The work extends, but is distinct from, the earlier controlled-translation release at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22049207.

Abstract Population ageing has become a significant demographic phenomenon across the world, including Nigeria. While considerable attention has been devoted to chronic diseases, economic security, social care, and mental health among retirees, reproductive health remains a neglected component of healthy ageing. This paper critically examines the intersection between retirement, vulnerability, and reproductive health within the broader framework of healthy ageing. Drawing on Life Course Theory, the paper argues that reproductive health concerns persist beyond the reproductive years and continue to influence older adults' quality of life. Through a review of contemporary literature and empirical evidence, the paper identifies multiple vulnerabilities affecting retirees, including economic insecurity, declining physical health, social isolation, inadequate health services, ageist stereotypes, and poor reproductive healthcare access. Existing evidence suggests that sexual wellbeing, reproductive cancers, menopause-related challenges, and age-related sexual health concerns significantly influence the wellbeing of older adults but receive limited policy and professional attention. The paper further highlights the role of social work in promoting reproductive health awareness, advocacy, psychosocial support, and age-friendly healthcare services for retirees. It concludes that reproductive health should be integrated into healthy ageing policies, programmes, and social welfare interventions to enhance older adults' wellbeing and dignity.
