Archive C for "A provenance-linked algal discovery frontier from literature and structured annotations." This collection contains all 5,635 unique Senate-Cc open-triad endpoint pairs with their retained bridge witnesses; all 23,654 additional KEGG- and UniProt/GO-bound structured-annotation pairs; the complete 29,289-pair KG+ census; exact identifier-bound paths and database-release metadata; route inclusion and exclusion records; and Stage 2 figure-ready data. Database annotation is explicitly distinguished from experimental measurement: no processed measurements or raw assays entered KG+, and the read-only integration did not write back to Senate-Cc.

This review examines the Critical AI, "Humanities in the Loop," which argues for the constitutive participation of the interpretive humanities in artificial intelligence research, design, and governance. The review evaluates the essay's framing of three core dilemmas: reductive and contested meanings of "intelligence," problematic benchmarks for "AGI," and the intertwined issues of bias, error, and concentrated technological power. The argument is situated within converging scholarly traditions, including the "stochastic parrots" critique advanced with the post-Saussurean theory from Derrida, Bakhtin, and Jameson, and the historical critiques of Weizenbaum and Arendt regarding the separation of judgment from calculation. The review finds that the essay's central methodological contribution is its shift from langue to parole, from language as system to language as enacted use, which reframes the human-machine relation around the irreducibility of vouloir-dire, the "desire to say," to statistical prediction. However, the review identifies three limitations: the essay's scope as an editor's introduction, its relative inattention to the political economy of AI development, and its predominantly English-language focus, which limits its applicability to low-resource language contexts where linguistic erasure, rather than anthropomorphic projection, is the primary risk. The review concludes that the most valuable contribution lies not in definitive answers but in carving out space for patient, theoretically informed critique that refuses both technodeterminist despair and techno-utopianism, positioning the humanities as essential interlocutors in the governance of accountable technology in the public interest.

Paxta eng ko'p suv talab qiladigan dala ekinlaridan biri hisoblanadi: qishloq xo'jaligi global chuchuk suvning taxminan 70% ini iste'mol qiladi, shundan taxminan 11% i faqat paxtaga to'g'ri keladi [1]. O'zbekistonda sug'oriladigan dehqonchilik milliy suv resurslarining 90% dan ortig'ini sarflaydi, iqlim o'zgarishi va Orol dengizi inqirozining oqibatlari esa suv tejovchi sug'orishni milliy ustuvor vazifaga aylantirdi [2]; amaldagi davlat siyosati 2030-yilgacha 2 million gektar, ya'ni sug'oriladigan yerlarning 50% ini suv tejovchi sug'orish texnologiyalari bilan ta'minlashni ko'zda tutadi [3]. Aniq suv boshqaruvi – tuproq, o'simlik yoki atmosfera o'lchovlari asosida suvni kerakli miqdorda, kerakli vaqtda va kerakli joyga yetkazib berish – ekin hosildorligini suv tanqisligi bilan muvofiqlashtirish imkonini beradi, biroq O'zbekistonga tegishli dalillar agronomiya, muhandislik va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy adabiyotlarda tarqoq bo'lib, kamdan-kam hollarda yagona asosda solishtiriladi.

This archive documents an R workflow to standardize species names with the WorldFlora package, using taxonomic backbone datasets from World Flora Online and the World Checklist of Vascular Plants.
The workflow was prepared initially to be uploaded onto the Rpubs server as an update of a previous workflow (see here), but this server is now being retired.
This publication was initiated partially from ongoing work in a Darwin Initiative project (DAREX001]) that developed The Global Biodiversity Standard (https://www.biodiversitystandard.org/). Through (co-)funding by this project, the GlobalUsefulNativeTrees, EcoregionsTreeFinder and Tree Globally Observed Environmental Ranges databases were released. Similar scripts were also used to create the Agroforestry Species Switchboard database.

The growing electoral competitiveness and the reliability of electoral data in Mexico have yielded a highly positive side effect for the development of a new discipline: political geography. The availability of consistent data on electoral behavior across the country's regions facilitates the cross-referencing and statistical analysis of this information against other indicators—such as various social well-being indices (household income, education levels, occupations, public services, health, etc.), whether simple or composite. The aim is to view electoral behavior as a phenomenon that can be linked to the social environment and explained in terms of changes—positive or negative—in standard-of-living indicators, thereby drawing conclusions that can be expanded upon or compared with similar cases in other regions of the country. This study approaches this socio-political subject matter as part of the broader project "Political Culture and Poverty in Mexico," coordinated by Dr. María Eugenia Valdés (UAM-I) and Dr. Silvia Gómez Tagle (ColMex). The author is responsible for the research conducted in Guanajuato, a state that has demonstrated significant political-electoral dynamism at both the state and municipal levels. The work focuses on key standard-of-living indicators and their political manifestations—such as activism and participation regarding access to services, education, and healthcare, as well as factors like ethnicity, migration, and violence.
