The Olist Transactional Evidence Benchmark (OTEB) is a neutral, derived research dataset for evaluating analytical methods under incomplete, conflicting, ambiguous, and reconstructable transactional evidence. OTEB is derived from the Brazilian E-Commerce Public Dataset by Olist. It provides a frozen reference cohort of 94,791 internally reconciled orders, 901 deterministic controlled instances, transaction-instance membership, evaluator-only oracle states, and state-specific monetary exposure. The benchmark represents four evidence states: `CONFIRMED`, `RECONSTRUCTED`, `CONFLICTING`, and `UNRESOLVED`. Controlled families cover missing evidence, hard conflicts, unique reconstruction, ambiguous reconstruction, duplicate evidence, and mixed corruption at 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%. This release contains the reference oracle, controlled-instance definitions, compact membership index, exposure tables, data dictionary, provenance documentation, reconstruction code, validation code, manifests, schema catalog, and checksums. It contains no method predictions, comparative performance results, ablation studies, paper drafts, dashboards, or private Rahaskin data. PreLiX (prelix.org) is a free index of peer-reviewed research in prehospital and emergency care, published from 2000 onwards. This dataset contains every article shown on the site at the time of the version, with bibliographic metadata from PubMed and OpenAlex and the classification PreLiX adds: relevance level, clinical area and subcategories, tags for drugs, procedures, devices, responders, populations, settings and perspectives, study type, and the quality registers and national databases each article names. Articles are found with a published PubMed search and a list of journals outside PubMed, filtered by journal quality requirements and classified by a language model against published rules. Classification is measured against a reference standard of more than 1,800 articles judged by people and independent AI models; the figures for this version are in README.md. The method is described at prelix.org/about. Abstracts are not included: they belong to the authors or publishers. A new version is published every quarter. Cite the concept DOI to refer to the dataset in general, or a version DOI to refer to the exact data you used.This version (2026-10-03): 39,151 articles published 2000–2026 in 2,647 journals.

The package tests this system with public data for 80 economies in four five-year windows of 2000-2019 (254 country-windows), with a partial least squares path model and with equivalence tests (two one-sided tests), and it examines convergence in total factor productivity for 119 countries with three measures of the distance to the frontier.Contents. Глаукома остаётся одной из ведущих причин необратимой слепоты, а её ранняя диагностика у детей осложняется бессимптомным течением заболевания и ограниченными возможностями функционального обследования в педиатрической практике. В последние годы всё большее внимание уделяется системным, а не только офтальмологическим механизмам развития глаукомы, в частности концепции аллостатической нагрузки — интегрального показателя «износа» организма в ответ на хронический стресс. Целью настоящего обзора является систематизация данных отечественной и зарубежной литературы о связи компонентов аллостатической нагрузки (артериального давления, вариабельности сердечного ритма, гликированного гемоглобина, холестерина липопротеидов высокой плотности, высокочувствительного С-реактивного белка, кортизола и дегидроэпиандростерона сульфата) с риском глаукомы, включая ювенильные формы. Проанализированы данные о вегетативной дисфункции, хроническом воспалении, окислительном стрессе и нейроэндокринной дизрегуляции как патогенетических звеньях, связывающих аллостатическую нагрузку с нарушением регуляции внутриглазного давления и перфузии диска зрительного нерва. Показано, что аллостатическая нагрузка уже применялась в офтальмологии у пожилых пациентов с глаукомой, однако у детей, тем более у детей с подозрением на глаукому, подобные исследования отсутствуют. Обосновывается научная новизна и клиническая целесообразность включения индекса аллостатической нагрузки в алгоритм обследования детей группы риска по глаукоме.

В статье рассматривается правовая природа регламентов и локальных нормативных актов спортивных федераций, их место в системе регулирования физической культуры и спорта, а также особенности их принятия и применения. Особое внимание уделяется правовому статусу спортивных федераций как негосударственных некоммерческих организаций, пределам их нормотворческой деятельности и соотношению локальных актов с законодательством Республики Узбекистан. Анализируется значение регламентов при организации спортивных соревнований, определении порядка участия спортсменов, тренеров, судей и других субъектов спортивных отношений. Отмечается, что локальные акты федераций имеют преимущественно внутриорганизационный и специальный характер, однако их положения могут непосредственно влиять на права и обязанности участников спортивных отношений. В статье обосновывается необходимость соответствия регламентов Конституции, законам, подзаконным нормативным актам, уставам организаций и международным спортивным правилам в соответствующей сфере.
