Raw data and analysis results for the article "Investigating nonlinear dynamics in a mass-spring oscillator using real-time computer vision", submitted to Revista Brasileira de Ensino de Física. The data were acquired with the Real-Time Mass-Spring Oscillator application of the SimuFísica platform, which tracks the bottom edge of the oscillating mass with a smartphone camera. The dataset contains the damped-oscillation record (Figs. 4, 5, 7 and 8), the period versus effective mass data (Fig. 6), the spring-pendulum record near the 2:1 resonance (Fig. 9), and 15 repeated measurements (Table 3), together with derived results and a step-by-step description of the data analysis (METHODS.md). Displacements are given in pixels of the processed image.
