Abstract  The Universal Research System with Reverse Itinerary (SUII) is a retrospective analytical methodology designed to reconstruct, in a traceable and auditable manner, the probable pathway leading from an initial problem or question to a completed scientific product. This manual brings together the universal prompt, a mandatory common core, ten core modules—including bibliographic analysis (SUII-B)—and six specialised extensions: journalistic and opinion texts (SUII-P), audiovisual or audio documents (SUII-AV), legislation and regulatory documents (SUII-L), case law and judicial decisions (SUII-J), critical appraisal of scientific articles (SUII-LC), and traceable research information management for datasets and research data objects (SUII-TRIM). Each module guides the extraction of locatable traces, classification of the epistemic status of claims, and construction of matrices linking evidence, inference, confidence, alternatives, and required verification. SUII-TRIM extends this logic to the provenance, versioning, transformation, quality control, preservation, access, and reuse of research datasets, while preserving the distinction between directly observed information, information provided by the researcher, reasoned inference, and non-determinable information. The method separates retrospective reconstruction from the prospective generation of hypotheses and requires rival explanations whenever the evidence does not support a unique conclusion. It also incorporates procedures for methodological auditing, version comparison, conceptual genealogy, peer review, algorithmic-bias assessment, external validation, teaching, and traceable research data management. SUII is not intended to recover the authors’ actual psychological history or to replace validated tools for methodological appraisal, risk-of-bias assessment, certainty of evidence, data stewardship, or repository curation. Its application requires version-controlled corpora, decision logs, retention of prompts and outputs, source verification, preservation of original data objects when applicable, and mandatory human oversight. When the available traces are insufficient, the appropriate result is “not determinable.” The manual provides practical criteria for selecting, combining, and quality-controlling the modules according to the product under analysis and the research objective, while maintaining explicit boundaries between documented evidence, reasoned inference, speculation, and unresolved uncertainty.  Resumen  El Sistema Universal de Investigación con Itinerario Inverso (SUII) es una metodología de análisis retrospectivo orientada a reconstruir, de forma trazable y auditable, el itinerario probable que conduce desde un problema o pregunta inicial hasta un producto científico finalizado. Este manual reúne el prompt universal, un núcleo común obligatorio, diez módulos nucleares y seis extensiones especializadas: análisis bibliográfico (SUII-B), textos periodísticos y de opinión (SUII-P), documentos audiovisuales o sonoros (SUII-AV), legislación y normativa (SUII-L), jurisprudencia y sentencias (SUII-J), lectura crítica de artículos científicos (SUII-LC) y gestión trazable de información y datos de investigación (SUII-TRIM). Cada módulo guía la extracción de huellas localizables, la clasificación del estado epistemológico de las afirmaciones y la construcción de matrices que relacionan evidencia, inferencia, confianza, alternativas y comprobaciones necesarias. El método separa la reconstrucción retrospectiva de la generación prospectiva de hipótesis y exige formular explicaciones rivales cuando la evidencia no permite una conclusión única. Asimismo, incorpora procedimientos para auditoría metodológica, comparación de versiones, genealogía conceptual, revisión por pares, análisis del sesgo algorítmico, validación externa, uso docente y gestión trazable de procedencia, versiones, transformaciones, decisiones humanas, intervención de inteligencia artificial, preservación, acceso y reutilización de datos. SUII no pretende recuperar la historia psicológica real de los autores ni sustituir herramientas validadas de evaluación metodológica, riesgo de sesgo, certeza de la evidencia o gestión formal de datos. Su aplicación requiere corpus versionados, registro de decisiones, conservación de prompts y salidas, verificación de fuentes y supervisión humana obligatoria. Cuando las huellas sean insuficientes, el resultado debe declararse no determinable. El manual proporciona criterios prácticos para seleccionar, combinar y controlar los módulos de acuerdo con el producto analizado y el objetivo de investigación.

La atención de estudiantes con necesidades educativas específicas en aulas regulares planteó desafíos pedagógicos vinculados con diversidad, participación y aprendizaje. El estudio analizó las estrategias pedagógicas para la atención de estudiantes con necesidades educativas específicas en aulas regulares, para identificar sus aportes, condiciones de aplicación y posibilidades dentro de la enseñanza inclusiva. Se desarrolló una investigación cualitativa, descriptiva y bibliográfica, sustentada en métodos teórico, inductivo-deductivo y analítico-sintético; mediante análisis documental se examinaron siete fuentes seleccionadas por pertinencia y aporte científico. Los resultados identificaron que la flexibilidad curricular, el Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje, la instrucción diferenciada, los recursos multisensoriales, la coenseñanza, la tutoría entre pares, la evaluación flexible y las tecnologías asistivas favorecieron participación, autonomía, motivación y aprendizaje, aunque su aplicación estuvo condicionada por formación docente, recursos y respaldo institucional. Se concluyó que la inclusión educativa requirió superar intervenciones aisladas y orientar la enseñanza hacia decisiones pedagógicas flexibles, accesibles y colaborativas, capaces de responder a la diversidad sin reducir expectativas formativas ni separar al estudiante de la experiencia educativa común.

In this article, the integration of the Jews of Roman Palestine into the Roman legal and imperial order is reexamined through the lenses of rabbinic legal literature and the historiographical traditions that interpret it. While archaeological and documentary evidence—most notably the Babatha archive—clearly demonstrates Jewish participation in Roman legal institutions, rabbinic literature has often been read as either ignoring Roman rule or constructing an insular, alternative legal universe. The author argues that this dichotomy reflects methodological divides within modern scholarship rather than historical reality. The study traces how the “Israeli historical-talmudic school” initially contributed to portraying Palestinian Jews as socially and legally distinct from their Roman environment by mining halakhic texts for evidence of autonomous Jewish institutions. More recent developments within the same scholarly tradition, however, have highlighted the ways rabbinic law was shaped within a provincial Roman context. Rather than viewing halakha solely as an ideological or utopian system, the article proposes understanding it as a provincial legal discourse that developed through sustained engagement with Roman legal culture. Across three historical phases, from indirect Roman rule in the late Second Temple period, through the administrative transformations after 70 CE, to the Severan era of expanded citizenship and legal universalism, the article identifies increasing channels of contact between the Jewish population in Palestine and Roman legal practice, as these are reflected in rabbinic legal discourse. Rabbinic legal creativity thus emerges as an adaptive set of responses to an evolving Roman legal culture. It is further argued that the legal orientation of rabbinic literature is not an impediment for historiographical research, but rather provides a valuable insight into a major arena of provincial administration. By situating halakhic discourse within the broader processes of provincial integration in the Roman Empire, the article argues that rabbinic literature provides crucial evidence for the ways a local elite navigated, negotiated, and ultimately participated in the imperial legal order, even while articulating its own cultural and religious distinctiveness.

This repository gathers two datasets used for the AnDi-J Benchmark web app. Each of them where developed for the respective AnDi Challenge: The Trajectory Analysis Dataset is the challenge phase dataset for tasks 1 and 2 of the 1st AnDi Challenge. The Trajectory Segmentation Dataset is the challenge phase dataset for the Trajectory track (Track 2) of the 2nd AnDi Challenge. This repository is created to facilitate their download from a single source. Please see the AnDi-J documentation, webapp and the respective challenge papers and resources to learn more about these datasets (see below). В современных условиях европейские страны НАТО стремятся увеличить свой военно-промышленный потенциал и повысить боеготовность. В качестве одного из новых подходов для решения этой задачи ими рассматриваются возможности повышения эффективности операционной работы поставщиков услуг по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту военной техники и вооружений. В статье на примере военной авиации рассмотрены современные подходы европейских стран НАТО к повышению боеготовности путем создания взаимовыгодной среды для поставщиков услуг по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту, производителей оригинального оборудования и военных операторов. Также раскрыты новые возможности поставщиков услуг по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту, которые в настоящее время не работают в этой сфере, направленные получение дополнительной выгоды и повышение военно-промышленного потенциала европейских стран НАТО. Статья может быть полезна для разработки новых направлений и совершенствования существующих планов проведения работ по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту военной техники в Вооруженных силах Российской Федерации.

A balanced social accounting matrix for New Jersey, calendar year 2024, in millions of current dollars at purchasers' prices, together with the inputs it is built from and the concordances that connect them. The core matrix has 75 accounts: 57 productive sectors, labour and capital, households including NPISH, corporations, federal, state and local government, five tax accounts (personal income, corporate income, social contributions, production, products), two transfer accounts, a subsidy account, a capital account, and two external accounts (rest of the United States, rest of the world). It records $5,325,438 million in total flows, balances to within $0.1 million on every account, and contains no negative cells. Aggregations to 65 accounts (government as one institution) and to a 19-account institutional matrix for fiscal analysis are included. The deposit also contains the 421-sector national supply-use tables for 2024, every concordance used, New Jersey's rows of each regional input, a data dictionary covering every file, and the products of one clean run of the build code. The accounts are built from published federal data only; see the accompanying Data Descriptor for the methods and sources.

This data was collected through a cross-sectional survey designed to investigate the patterns of road traffic injuries, associated risk factors for severe pain, and the driving habits of road traffic injury (RTI) survivors in Tanzania. The specific research efforts involved: Study Population and Setting: Recruiting 188 RTI survivors admitted to the Muhimbili Orthopaedic Institute (MoI) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, during a two-week data collection period in November 2022. Eligible participants were required to be over 18 years old, capable of consent, regular operators of motorised vehicles, and to have sustained a road traffic injury within the prior six months. Data Collection Method: Administering a 15 to 20-minute structured, face-to-face questionnaire. The survey was translated into Swahili and digitised using the ODK Collect application on Android tablets. Variables Assessed: Gathering quantitative data on the patients' socio-demographic backgrounds, specific accident characteristics, and injury details (such as type and bodily location). The survey also measured the patients' subjective pain levels before and after receiving treatment, their self-reported risky driving habits prior to the crash, and their perception of unsafe driving behaviours post-accident. Analytical Approach: Utilizing descriptive statistics and chi-squared tests (via STATA software) to evaluate statistical associations between these variables, such as identifying which demographic factors correlated with unsafe driving practices and which accident characteristics correlated with severe pain.   This dataset contains the raw survey responses collected via a structured questionnaire (originally digitalized on ODK Collect) from 188 road traffic injury (RTI) survivors admitted to the Muhimbili Orthopaedic Institute (MOI). It captures quantitative data regarding the patients' socio-demographic characteristics, details surrounding the road traffic accident, injury and pain characteristics, driving habits prior to the crash, and perception of road safety measures post-accident. RTI_Analysis_Code.do: This script contains the STATA syntax used to process and analyse the dataset. It includes the exact commands used to categorise variables (e.g., scoring and sorting participants into "safe" or "unsafe" driver categories, and dichotomising pain levels into "severe" or "mild/moderate"), compute summary descriptive statistics, and execute the chi-squared tests used for the inferential analysis. Workflow: To directly replicate the study's findings, a researcher would import the Road_Traffic_Injury_Raw_Data.csv file into STATA 17.0 (or a newer version) and execute the RTI_Analysis_Code.do script. Because the .do file is saved as plain text, researchers utilizing free, open-source alternatives like R or Python can open the script in any standard text editor to read the step-by-step logic, variable transformations, and specific statistical tests applied to the raw dataset, allowing them to accurately recreate the analysis pipeline in their preferred environment.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar una propuesta pedagógica lúdica para la promoción de hábitos de alimentación saludable en niños de 4 a 5 años de Educación Inicial de la Unidad Educativa García en Guaranda, provincia de Bolívar. El estudio adoptó un enfoque cualitativo con alcance descriptivo y un diseño proyectivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por los niños de 4 a 5 años, la docente y los padres de familia de la institución. Como instrumentos y técnicas de recolección de datos se emplearon la revisión documental (matriz de análisis teórico-documental), la observación directa no participante en el aula (lista de cotejo) y entrevistas semiestructuradas (guías de entrevista a docente y padres). Para la validación de la propuesta se utilizó la matriz de Juicio de Expertos. El diagnóstico evidenció la práctica pedagógica tradicional e informativa sobre nutrición, con escasa planificación lúdica. Además, se constató una alta presencia de neofobia alimentaria y consumo frecuente de productos ultraprocesados en las loncheras, condicionado por la falta de tiempo de las familias. Para dar respuesta a esta problemática se estructuró el programa pedagógico "NUTRILUDI-MENTE", compuesto por ocho estrategias lúdico-neuroeducativas distribuidas en cuatro semanas. La propuesta fue sometida al Juicio de Expertos, obteniendo un dictamen favorable y óptimo en pertinencia, coherencia y viabilidad. Se concluye que la formación de hábitos alimentarios en la primera infancia debe realizarse a través del juego y la estimulación sensorial libre de coacción. A partir del diagnóstico, se diseñó y valido científicamente la propuesta pedagógica "NUTRILUDI-MENTE", como recurso practico para la escuela y la familia.
