The article examines modern approaches to improving the economic efficiency of resource utilization in metallurgical enterprises. Particular attention is paid to technological modernization, energy efficiency, digitalization of production processes, and implementation of resource-saving technologies. The study analyzes international industrial practices and identifies the main directions for improving resource management systems in the metallurgical sector.

We present a predictive fluid mechanics model to calculate pressure drops (0.25 atm) and fluid velocities (2.50 m/s) governed by localized phase change and choking phenomena in the context of chronic wounds treatment. Driven by near-infrared thermal absorption, the analytical framework describes how energy deposition drives vapor cavity growth and subsequent cavitation bubble collapse, inducing a transient suction force across a curved, two-radii Young-Laplace capillary boundary. Velocity drops are derived from closed-form analytical equations that explicitly couple vapor volume dynamics with non-linear flow area restriction and fluid drag. The model predicts a maximum boundary layer wall shear stress of 30.06 Pa at the target interface. Crucially, this shear magnitude matches the physical threshold required to mechanically strip bacterial biofilms while remaining below the damage threshold of underlying soft substrates. Finally, we formulate a closed-form expression for the maximum allowable liquid inlet temperature required to prevent thermal saturation and sustain stable, continuous microfluidic suction cycles. These equations establish direct engineering design rules for optimizing phase-change microfluidic actuators and next-generation coaxial fluidic systems.

Sustainable Human Resource Management (Sustainable HRM) has emerged as a crucial strategic paradigm aligning workforce management with the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework of environmental protection, social equity, and economic viability. This critical review systematically synthesizes 16 benchmark empirical and conceptual studies published between 2021 and 2026 to evaluate the multidimensional impacts of Sustainable HRM practices—encompassing Green HRM, Socially Responsible HRM, and Triple Bottom Line HRM—on organizational sustainability performance. Utilizing PRISMA 2020 guidelines, this paper maps the core operational dimensions, primary mediating pathways, and key boundary conditions that govern the SHRM-performance relationship. The analysis reveals that Sustainable HRM directly and indirectly enhances environmental performance (R² = 0.54), social performance (R² = 0.46), and financial viability (R² = 0.38). Employee Green Behavior (EGB), organizational commitment, and psychological safety act as vital mediating mechanisms, while leadership commitment and pro-environmental culture significantly moderate these structural relationships. The study identifies critical research gaps regarding longitudinal cross-industry dynamics, digital integration in SHRM, and SME-specific contextual variations, providing actionable recommendations for organizational leaders and HR strategists.
