This article examines the linguistic representation of personality in short stories through the functional analysis of gender, social, and professional markers. Particular attention is paid to speech units that reveal the social identity, gender characteristics, professional affiliation, and communicative behavior of literary characters. The study focuses on the lexical, semantic, stylistic, and pragmatic features of these markers and their role in constructing a character’s linguistic personality within literary discourse. Gender markers are analyzed as linguistic means of representing socially and culturally determined patterns of speech, while social and professional markers reflect the character’s social status, interpersonal relations, occupational background, and communicative environment. The analysis demonstrates that the purposeful selection and contextual interaction of these speech units contribute to the individualization of characters and enhance the pragmatic and aesthetic expressiveness of short stories. The study concludes that gender, social, and professional markers function not only as indicators of a character’s external social characteristics but also as significant linguistic resources for representing their worldview, identity, and communicative behavior.

Data and code for the article "Circular economy talk and substance in mandatory annual reports: evidence from US textile and apparel firms, 2001–2026". Version 1 holds the population of 606 EDGAR registrants in sixteen textile, apparel, footwear and apparel-retail SIC codes, the 825 archived EDGAR full-text search responses (17 circularity concepts, 33 search strings, 23 September 2026) and the 606 EDGAR submissions records. Version 2 adds the passage-level analysis: every occurrence (814) of a matched string in the 282 matched 10-K documents, extracted with a 900-character context window and the 10-K item; the 382 unique passages; the codebook; two independent coding passes with reasons; the adjudicated final codes (unrelated / regulatory or risk / generic / product claim / substantive), practice types and objects; registrant-level indicators for the 254 at-risk registrants; and the scripts that reproduce every number, table and figure in the article. This article analyzes the historical-pedagogical genesis and contemporary scientific and theoretical foundations of developing altruistic skills in prospective teachers. The concept of altruism is examined from philosophical, ethical, social, and pedagogical perspectives, with particular attention to its historical development. The views of Eastern and Western thinkers on humanism, compassion, care for others, generosity, cooperation, and social responsibility are analyzed as theoretical sources of altruistic behavior. The article also substantiates axiological, learner-centered, competence-based, and activity-oriented approaches to developing altruism in contemporary teacher education. The significance of altruistic values in the professional activities of prospective teachers is considered in relation to teacher–student relationships, pedagogical cooperation, empathy, social responsibility, and humanistic principles. The article emphasizes that altruism, when interpreted as a pedagogical phenomenon, is not merely an individual moral quality but an integrated unity of values, motivation, behavior, and reflective activity manifested in professional pedagogical practice.

Uzbekistan’s rapidly institutionalising startup ecosystem has accelerated the circulation of English-derived designations such as startup, accelerator, venture, pitch, crowdfunding, MVP and FinTech, yet the evidence needed to describe how these units are adapted, distributed and stabilised in Uzbek remains dispersed across adjacent research domains. This article maps that gap. It compares established English–Uzbek terminology scholarship with the analytical requirements of startup-ecosystem terminology research through a focused gap-mapping review of four national doctoral precedents in information and communication technologies, architecture and construction, and economics. Each precedent is coded against five dimensions derived from distinct research traditions: concept-level naming families, document range, morphological integration, concordance evidence, and institutional attestation. Coding is based on publicly accessible dissertation records and therefore reports what is evidenced in the reviewed record rather than what the full theses contain. Across the four precedents, no dimension is explicitly evidenced as a stated analytical component; 7 of 20 cells are partially evidenced, and institutional attestation is the least visible dimension. Recent Uzbek work on economic anglicisms and on code-switching in startup announcements documents many of the relevant forms without integrating them into a single evidential design. The missing contribution is therefore not a further inventory of translation equivalents but an architecture in which competing designations are analysed as one naming family and in which corpus conventionalisation, institutional attestation and formal codification are coordinated without being conflated. A five-layer design is specified and illustrated with reference to an Uzbek startup-discourse corpus of 1,011 texts and 1,133,478 tokens.

Steroid tuzilishga ega mineralokortikoid retseptor antagonisti (MRA) eplerenon otish fraksiyasi pasaygan yurak yetishmovchiligi va o'tkir miokard infarktidan keyingi chap qorincha disfunksiyasi bemorlarida samarali ekanligi EPHESUS va EMPHASIS-HF tadqiqotlarida isbotlangan [2,3], biroq bu ma'lumotlarni ChQOF-YY (otish fraksiyasi ≥50%) bemorlariga bevosita tatbiq etib bo'lmaydi. Nosteroid MRA finerenon FINEARTS-HF tadqiqotida aynan ChQOF-YY fenotipida samaradorlik ko'rsatgan [1], keyinchalik o'tkazilgan FINE-HEART birlashtirilgan tahlili bu natijalarni yanada mustahkamladi [5].
