Maqolada Buxoro vohasi (Quyi Zarafshon) misolida antropogen landshaft omillarining irrigatsiya tarmoqlari rivojlanishi va tanazzuliga ta’siri arxeologik, yozma va tarixiy-geografik manbalar asosida tahlil qilingan. Yuqori va o‘rta oqimda sug‘orish maydonlarining kengayishi, aholi joylashuvi, Kanpirak mudofaa devori chizig‘i hamda eroziya va qum ko‘chishi Vobkentdaryo deltasi kanallarining suv bilan ta’minlanishini o‘zgartirgani ko‘rsatilgan. Qizilqir, Varaxsha va Paykent atroflari misolida sug‘orish tizimlarining kengayish, qisqarish va qayta tiklanish bosqichlari aniqlangan.

Introduction. In the context of hybrid conflicts and digital transformation of the media environment, the profession of war correspondent is undergoing a profound transformation. The object of the study is the professional activity of Russian television war correspondents over the period 2023–2025. The aim of the study is to identify the key vectors of evolution of professional practices and content strategies of Russian television war correspondents.
Materials and Methods. The empirical base comprises reports by correspondents of Channel One (G. Huseynov, A. Prokofieva, I. Kuksenkova, E. Poddubny) selected by purposive sampling according to the following criteria: chronological coverage, genre diversity, and distinctive individual style. To analyse institutional changes in professional training, materials from the educational project “School of the Young War Correspondent” are used as a source that records normative expectations and emerging professional standards. The methods of content analysis, comparative analysis and case study are applied. For the analysis of reports, a categorical grid was developed, comprising three blocks: visual (stand-ups, live shots, close-ups, FPV inserts), verbal (metaphors, invectives, rhetorical questions, volume of voice-over text), and technological (use of action cameras, selfie format, Telegram channels).
Results. It is established that the modern Russian war correspondent combines work in a state media corporation with maintaining a personal Telegram channel, which creates dual legitimacy. The content strategy of dramatisation is implemented through a system of visual (stand-ups, live shots, close-ups, FPV inserts) and verbal techniques. Based on empirical analysis, three individual strategies have been identified (author's typology): tactical-explanatory, immersive-blogger, and strategic-ideological. The following systemic transformations of professional practices have been identified: the shift from an objective camera to a subjective one, the shift from a single-channel to multi-platform approach, hybridisation of genres, and the emergence of the “journalist-helper” model.
Conclusion. Military journalism retains the function of testimony while transforming formats and communication channels. The key challenge remains the balance between patriotic stance and professional integrity. The study results can be used in editorial and educational work. The prospects for further research include studying the reception and comparison of Russian and international practices of military journalism.

ABSTRACT:
This study examines the influence of recent Labour Law Reforms in India, including the consolidation of 29 central labour laws into four labour codes, on employee performance and job satisfaction. Using a qualitative and conceptual approach based on government reports, policy guidelines, and academic literature, the study explores the effects of wages, social security, and working conditions on employee attitudes and performance. The analysis draws on the Job Demands-Resources Model, Self-Determination Theory, and Social Exchange Theory. The findings suggest that improved wages, social security, and working conditions can enhance job satisfaction, motivation, and performance through greater perceived fairness and security. However, concerns regarding job security, particularly under the Industrial Relations Code, may limit these positive outcomes. Effective implementation and stakeholder participation are therefore important for achieving the intended benefits of labour law reforms.

Abstract: The fast paced spread of digital technologies has transformed Human Resource Management (HRM) making it move from conventional administrative practices to data-driven, automated, digitally enabled and increasingly intelligent HRM. Although scholars have given much attention to the strategic and operational implications of Digital Human Resource Management (DHRM), its employee-centric effects are relatively fragmented, especially regarding work-life balance and emotional intelligence. This study critically reviews and thematically synthesises the literature on Digital HRM transformation and how it affects employee work–life balance and emotional intelligence in the digital workplace. Using a secondary source from academic journals, books, and related academic databases, the study identifies theses, relationships, opportunities, and challenges within the literature through thematic analysis. The findings show that Digital HRM facilitates workers' flexibility, autonomy, communication, access to HR services and coordination with work that could aid in reality goodwill balance. While constant connection, technologically-enabled intensification of work, demands of remote work and permeable boundaries between work and home could result in new forms of strain. A subsequent review further shows emotional intelligence, a human capacity, as essential to internet-mediated communication, remote teams, organizational change, and tech-based workplaces. The study treats emotional intelligence not just as the outcome of digitalisation but as an employee capability that works to possibly influence individuals’ responses to opportunities and pressures caused by Digital HRM. With the synthesis, the paper presents an integrated conceptual framework that links the Digital HRM transformation with digitally mediated work characteristics, work–life balance, and emotional intelligence. The research adds to the new HRM literature in digital terms by putting employee well-being and human capability at the centre of digital transformation and identifying avenues for future empirical research.
