Elementi Core dell'Aggiornamento Metodologico:

Background: Controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) is a critical component of assisted reproductive technology (ART), yet ovarian response remains highly heterogeneous despite the use of established biomarkers such as anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and antral follicle count (AFC). Artificial intelligence (AI), particularly machine learning (ML), has emerged as a potential decision-support technology for individualized gonadotropin dosing, prediction of oocyte yield, optimization of trigger timing, and selection of stimulation protocols. This systematic review synthesized current evidence concerning the clinical effectiveness, safety, and translational readiness of AI-guided personalized ovarian stimulation.
Methods: Published studies evaluating AI, ML, or algorithm-based personalization of ovarian stimulation in IVF/ICSI considered, with particular emphasis on gonadotropin starting-dose selection, mature oocyte prediction, trigger timing, ovarian response, live birth, clinical pregnancy, cycle cancellation, gonadotropin consumption, and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). Evidence from randomized controlled trials (RCTs), prospective clinical studies, retrospective validation studies, systematic reviews, and relevant clinical guidelines synthesized narratively. Prediction-model quality and applicability considered using principles derived from PROBAST and emerging PROBAST+AI recommendations.
Results: AI models demonstrated promising predictive performance for ovarian response, total and mature oocyte yield, and trigger-day selection. Prospective clinical evidence remains limited. A multicenter prospective study involving 291 AI-assisted cycles reported 12.20 versus 11.24 MII oocytes and 16.01 versus 14.54 retrieved oocytes compared with historical controls, while total FSH exposure was 3671.95 versus 3846.29 IU; none of these differences reached statistical significance. Conventional individualized dosing trials demonstrated that reducing FSH in predicted hyper-responders reduced any-grade OHSS without reducing cumulative live birth, whereas increasing FSH in predicted poor responders did not improve cumulative live birth.
Conclusions: AI-guided ovarian stimulation is clinically promising but remains insufficiently validated for routine autonomous clinical decision-making. Current evidence supports AI primarily as a clinician-supervised decision-support technology. Large, prospective, externally validated, randomized trials incorporating live birth and safety outcomes are required before widespread implementation.

This article examines housing in Spain through the tension between its social function as a place to live and its economic role as an investment asset. Combining a social anthropological perspective with political economy, it discusses housing affordability, residential insecurity and the uneven distribution of opportunities to buy or rent.
The analysis considers housing financialisation and the role of institutional investors alongside other factors, including household incomes, housing supply and tourist accommodation. It examines public housing provision, rent regulation and the distribution of responsibilities across national, regional and local government. Parliamentary negotiations and housing movements are discussed as arenas in which competing approaches to housing policy take shape. The article distinguishes the activities of tenant organisations and the Plataforma de Afectados por la Hipoteca from those of labour unions.
Its anthropological argument approaches the home as a setting for kinship, care, memory and belonging. A historical discussion of homeownership in Spain connects the promotion of property ownership under Francoism with contemporary expectations about security and social advancement. The closing reflection considers how family property and inheritance may reproduce inequality, explicitly identifying this discussion as a hypothesis rather than an established finding.
The article draws on academic literature, institutional reports and press coverage to explore the conditions required for housing rights to become effective in everyday life.

In 1800 freemasonry was quite widespread in Europe and also in Spain. It was a secret movement prosecuted by the absolutism. It was strongly linked with those principles of Liberalism, and those of the French Revolution: liberty, equality and fraternity. The so-called “spirit of sociability” was quite related with that of fraternity, which was an essential element for the freemasonry. In my opinion, the masonic ideas of fraternity and the structure supporting the union and friendship on their organizations were copied by the new casinos, clubs and athenaeums. Those were the new associations created in Spain since the 1830´s, which born with the Liberalism. As is shown here, related with the freemasonry, those circles promoted those ideas of fraternity by different ways. Firstly in their iconography: stamps, tokens and other symbols in different materials. Secondly: the principles written on their texts. Thirdly: their own normative structure, including the rhetorical norms in statutes, and also the real rules in quotidian life.

Here, I evaluate the detectability of BH--star binaries in wide period orbits.
Astrophysical Simulation
Binaries are evolved with COSMIC v4.2.1, starting from a stellar population at a fixed metallicity of 0.1 times solar metallicity. I simulated 10^6 binaries for 13.7 Gyr. Stellar and binary physics mostly follow the COSMIC defaults listed at https://cosmic-popsynth.github.io/COSMIC/pages/tutorials/evolve/single.html#binary-stellar-physics-assumptions, consistent with Breivik+1911.00903. I used the "delayed" supernova remnant mass function from Fryer+1110.1726.
Detectability in Gaia DR4
I evaluated detectability using the gaiamock package (El-Badry+2411.00088). Gaia G-band magnitudes for the visible (stellar) component of each binary are computed with the fitting formulae from Andrae+1804.09374 (with corrected coefficients from https://www.cosmos.esa.int/web/gaia/dr2-known-issues). Dust extinction is estimated with the mwdust package (Bovy+1509.06751) using the Combined19 Milky Way dust map.
For each BH--star binary bound at the end of the COSMIC simulation, I drew 500 random realizations of its orbital phase, orientation, sky location, and distance. Distances are drawn assuming a model of the Milky Way disk which follows an exponential in both height from the disk midplane and in galactocentric radius with scale hights of 300 pc and 2500 pc, respectively. I limit the maximum sampled distance from the sun to be 2000 pc, beyond which Gaia is less sensitive (El-Badry+2411.00088).

Mazkur maqolada amerikalik shoira Louise Glückning “Averno” she’riy to‘plamida mifologik obrazlarning ramziy-semantik xususiyatlari tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqotda qadimgi yunon mifologiyasiga mansub Persefona, Demetra, Hades hamda Averno bilan bog‘liq obraz va motivlarning shoir poetikasida qayta talqin qilinishi tahlil qilinadi. Mifologik obrazlarning an’anaviy mazmuni bilan ularning zamonaviy poetik kontekstdagi semantik transformatsiyasi o‘rtasidagi farqlar ochib beriladi. Xususan, Persefona obrazi orqali o‘lim va hayot, ayriliq va qayta tug‘ilish, qaramlik va o‘zlikni anglash kabi dualistik tushunchalarning badiiy ifodalanishi ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, mifologik obrazlarning lirik subyektning ichki kechinmalari, xotira, yo‘qotish va ekzistensial izlanishlarini ifodalashdagi funksional imkoniyatlari aniqlanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari Glückning mifologik materialni bevosita takrorlashdan ko‘ra, uni zamonaviy insonning ruhiy va falsafiy tajribasini ifodalovchi ramziy-semantik tizimga aylantirganini ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada mifopoetik, semantik, poetik va intertekstual tahlil metodlaridan foydalanilgan.
