Shared mobility services are increasingly recognized as important components of sustainable and accessible urban mobility systems. However, ensuring their long-term viability in urban outskirts remains challenging. Compared with dense urban centers, urban outskirts often experience lower population densities, dispersed travel patterns, higher levels of car dependency, and reduced commercial attractiveness for mobility providers. At the same time, these areas frequently accommodate population groups that are particularly vulnerable to mobility exclusion. Developing mobility services in urban outskirts therefore requires business models that are not only financially viable but also capable of delivering broader societal benefits. This deliverable explores how resilient and responsible business models can support shared mobility services within the context of the DREAMS project, and the concept of the 15-minute urban outskirtsneighbourhood (15mN). The report aims to identify the conditions that support the long-term viability of shared mobility business models in urban outskirts. The findings demonstrate that business model viability depends not only on financial sustainability but also on governance arrangements, stakeholder collaboration, infrastructure provision and public value creation. The research combines a systematic literature review, explorative stakeholder interviews, and empirical testing across the six DREAMS Living Labs in Brussels, Budapest, Munich, Paris, Utrecht, and Vienna. Findings from these activities were synthesized into the ResiMOB framework (Resilient and Responsible Mobility Business Models).ResiMOB was developed as an analytical and participatory framework to support the assessment and co-creation of shared mobility business models. The framework is organized around three dimensions, Governance, Infrastructure, and Values, and nine associated components, providing a structured approach for analysing how responsibilities are distributed across stakeholder groups and how business models contribute to broader public objectives. To test the framework, a stakeholder survey was conducted across the six DREAMS Living Labs. The results indicate that resilient shared mobility systems depend on hybrid governance arrangements that combine private-sector operational expertise with public-sector facilitation, regulation, infrastructure provision, and support for social and environmental objectives. Stakeholders also expressed a desire for greater involvement of users and civil society organizations in future governance arrangements. The report further demonstrates how ResiMOB can function as a practical co-creation tool within Living Labs. By visualising stakeholder perspectives and highlighting areas of agreement and divergence, the framework supports communication, reflection, and collaborative business model development.Comparative analysis of stakeholder perspectives in Paris and Utrecht illustrates how the framework can help stakeholders explore alternative governance arrangements and pathways towards more resilient and responsible mobility systems. To facilitate wider application beyond the DREAMS consortium, ResiMOB has been published through the DREAMS Interactive Knowledge Platform (IKP) as an open-access resource. The framework is also being translated into complementary engagement formats, including a board game developed by students, to support stakeholder participation and learning.Overall, the findings demonstrate that resilient and responsible shared mobility business models require more than financial sustainability alone. They depend on effective governance arrangements, stakeholder collaboration, infrastructure provision, and the creation of public value. The ResiMOB framework contributes to these objectives by providing a transferable tool that supports the analysis, design, and co-creation of shared mobility business models in urban outskirts and beyond.

The energy transition is characterized by the increasing complexity and interdependence of technological, economic, policy, environmental, and social dimensions. While a large and rapidly growing body of literature addresses these aspects, differences in terminology, conceptual scope, and analytical focus hinder the integration of findings across studies and the alignment of diverse modeling approaches. This paper presents the Energy System Ontology (ESO), a comprehensive conceptual framework developed to bridge these gaps and support the structured organization and synthesis of knowledge related to energy systems and energy transition. ESO is constructed through a systematic, multidisciplinary review of the energy transition literature combined with ontology engineering principles to ensure robustness. The framework identifies and formalizes core relationships across energy technologies, markets, policies, and environmental contexts, enabling a consistent representation of the energy nexus while preserving vital disciplinary distinctions. The resulting ontology provides a domain-wide reference that supports comparative analysis, semantic interoperability across heterogeneous energy-system representations, and the systematic exploration of transition pathways. The current evaluation provides requirements-based verification and application-oriented evidence rather than independent external validation. By offering an explicit and extensible structure, ESO contributes to greater transparency and provides a robust framework for the analysis of socio-technical systems within the energy transition.

The objective of this rapid umbrella review is to answer the following question : Which types of interventions aimed at promoting healthy eating (which may include other components such as physical activity, sleep, etc.), implemented among children aged 3 to 15 years in school and out-of-school settings in France, Europe, and other countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and Mexico, appear to be the most effective?
Population : Children aged 3 to 15 years, which corresponds to the period between the start of preschool and the final year of lower secondary school in France.Intervention : Interventions to promote healthy eating implemented in contexts relatively similar to France, allowing them to be considered transferable to the French context : Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and Mexico, which has been implementing policies to promote healthier diets. The interventions must have taken place in school or after school settings (i.e school-based interventions occurring after school hours).Comparison : Group not receiving the intervention, or before-and-after comparison without a control group.Outcomes : - Food intake : Consumption (measured in grams, frequencies, or both) of health-promoting and/or health-less favorable food groups is assessed via self-report or researcher-led measurements. Specifically, data collection must be quantitative and include two distinct measurements (e.g., baseline and follow-up). Data may be gathered through observational, biochemical (e.g dietary biomarkers), or other objective measures, such as fruit and vegetable purchase data (used as an accepted proxy), as well as via tools like food diaries, dietary recalls, or food frequency questionnaires. Other validated approaches, such as plate waste observation or photographic analysis, are also eligible. Studies based solely on the perception of changes in consumption are excluded; the review requires quantified data rather than subjective feelings or personal resolutions regarding dietary evolution.- Body Mass Index (BMI) and BMI z-score (zBMI) : BMI/zBMI may be assessed either objectively (measured) or subjectively (self-reported via survey). There are no specific requirements regarding the profile of the person performing the measurement. BMI serves as a standard weight-for-height index to categorize overweight and obesity at the population level. For the pediatric population, zBMI can be utilized, as it incorporates age- and sex-specific data to provide a standardized score comparable to established population normsParameters and outcomes relating to potential counterproductive effects on certain individual profiles are not considered in the present review. Furthermore, no cost-benefit analysis will be conducted within the scope of this review, nor will there be an analysis of potential barriers or obstacles to the selected interventions.

The Kashmir dispute between India and Pakistan remains one of the most protracted territorial conflicts in the world and continues to generate legal and political controversy regarding the status of the region. The persistence of the dispute has created uncertainty over competing sovereignty claims and has hindered efforts to achieve a comprehensive and lasting settlement. This study aims to analyze the legal basis of the sovereignty claims asserted by India and Pakistan over Kashmir and to assess the effectiveness of international legal mechanisms in resolving the dispute. The research employs a normative legal method using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research and analyzed qualitatively using a descriptive-analytical method. The results indicate that India’s claim is primarily based on the Instrument of Accession of 1947 and its long-standing administration of the territory, while Pakistan’s claim is grounded in the principle of self-determination and the aspiration of the Kashmiri people to determine their political future. The study further finds that international legal mechanisms have not been effective in producing a definitive resolution due to divergent legal interpretations, political interests, and the absence of a binding settlement accepted by both parties. This research contributes to a better understanding of the legal dimensions of the Kashmir dispute and provides insight into the challenges and prospects of resolving territorial conflicts within the framework of international law
