Annotatsiya. Ushbu tezisda boshlang‘ich sinf o‘quvchilarida yozuv ko‘nikmasini shakllantirishda qo‘l mayda motorikasini rivojlantiruvchi kreativ o‘yin texnologiyalarining pedagogik imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Xamir, qum, ip, barmoq bo‘yoqlari va tabiiy materiallar bilan bajariladigan mashqlarning harflarni yozish tezligi, chiziqqa rioya qilish va yozuv paytidagi charchoqqa ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Pedagogik tajriba natijalari an’anaviy mashg‘ulotlar bilan solishtirilib, o‘yin texnologiyalarining samaradorligi asoslab berilgan.

Background. Lower circulating VEGF has been linked with pulmonary hypertension (PH) in bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). Most reports use t-tests on skewed data and rarely show effect sizes. Objective. To quantify the serum VEGF difference between infants with BPD with and without PH, test its sensitivity to distributional shape, and describe PH frequency by BPD severity. Methods. Secondary analysis of group-level data from a two-centre Uzbek cohort of 90 infants born before 30 weeks with BPD (52 with PH, 38 without). VEGF was measured on days 7, 14, 28 and at 36 weeks' postmenstrual age. We estimated ratios of means, Hedges g and, as a sensitivity model, lognormal geometric mean ratios. Results. VEGF was lower with PH at every time point. The ratio of means was 0.70 (95% CI 0.53 to 0.91) on day 7 and 0.41 (0.28 to 0.59) at 36 weeks. Hedges g ranged from −0.57 to −1.27, and both models excluded no difference. PH frequency was 24.1%, 71.1% and 78.3% across mild, moderate-to-severe and severe categories (odds ratio per step 3.75). Conclusions. Lower VEGF with PH was large and persisted under a skew-aware model. Group-level data cannot show prediction, causation or independence from gestational age.
