This article evaluates green sukuk as an instrument for financing the green economy and assesses Uzbekistan's institutional readiness for their introduction in the context of the 2026 legislative reforms establishing a legal framework for Islamic banking and the further development of Islamic finance. A credibility function incorporating a Islamic banking principles-compliance gate and a three-stage development model is proposed. Within this framework, commercial banks are considered both as potential originators of green sukuk and as potential investors in sovereign green sukuk that could serve as Islamic banking principles-compliant liquidity-management instruments, subject to the applicable regulatory and prudential framework.

This record accumulates ALL newly generated benchmark data that is not publicly available otherwise, as continuous versions under the concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22935024 (each new evaluated run publishes a new version).
Version 2.0 (this version) contains the benchmark results of every evaluated run: baseline_rerun_autorestart1 (60 bins) fix_v11_20260924 (71 bins) human_v11_20260925 (107 bins) marine_v11_20260925 (152 bins) medium_v11_20260924 (16 bins) small_test_v4 (3 bins) tiny_test_n101 (1 bins). Each run contributes its bin FASTAs (runs//comebin_res/comebin_res_bins/), per-bin and aggregate CheckM2 + CheckM v1 metrics (results/.csv, runs//per_bin_results.csv), the evaluation reports (runs//eval/), run parameters and logs (run_meta.txt, comebin_run.log), all comparison figures (results/figures/, incl. the combined completeness bar plot), plus dataset, environment, fix, evaluation and preservation documentation (docs/). manifest.json inside the archive lists every file with size and SHA-256.
Version 1.0 additionally contains the small functional-test dataset (comebin_small_release_v1.tar.gz, 300 contigs + overlapping reads).
How to run: clone the repository, follow docs/02/06 to build the environment, run a dataset with scripts/run_comebin_fix.sh and evaluate with scripts/run_eval.sh; docs/01-datasets.md and docs/11-run-results.md describe each dataset and run.

This article examines modern and innovative financing mechanisms for housing and communal services (HCS) projects in Uzbekistan, including public-private partnerships (PPPs), financing from international financial institutions, energy service company (ESCO) contracts, specialised funds, and green bonds. The study also reviews international experience in enhancing the investment attractiveness of the housing and communal services sector and identifies relevant approaches that can be adapted to the institutional and economic conditions of Uzbekistan. Based on the analysis, scientifically grounded proposals are developed to improve financing mechanisms, facilitate investment mobilisation, and further enhance the investment attractiveness and sustainable development of the sector.

ACAI is a relational dataset of contemporary-art events in South Korea, built from the public websites of three national/municipal institutions — the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA), the Seoul Museum of Art (SeMA) and the Asia Culture Center (ACC) — plus the national open-call portal Artnuri, from 2000 to 2025. It covers 1,775 exhibitions, 6,250 public programs (education 4,305, culture 1,945), 5,490 open calls and 17,929 collection works (MMCA 11,762, SeMA 6,167), resolved to 9,759 participants, 1,892 organizations and 698 venues, and indexed with 5,505 thematic keywords (27,073 event–keyword assignments) mapped onto 2,277 theme categories — 1,848 Getty AAT concepts, 428 local categories, and one residual category for unmatched low-frequency keywords.
What's new in 2.0.0
The keyword layer was rebuilt end to end. Keywords were re-extracted from all exhibition and program descriptions under a formalized contract with verbatim text evidence and machine validation gates; surface variants were merged through deterministic normalization plus a fully logged human review. Matching to the Getty AAT was redesigned as a retrieval-then-verify procedure over the full five AAT facets (49,105 candidate concepts), decided once per keyword with an exact/close/broad/no-match verdict. Accordingly, the theme category and match quality now live on the keyword table rather than on event_keyword (schema change). In addition, 417 truncated or caption-only description texts were repaired against the live source pages, and all theme categories now carry Korean labels.

Skeptics say it's a tech distraction from operational problems. Both sides miss what's really happening. Here's the strategic trap nobody's discussing: AI agents can only reward what's discoverable. When 200+ million consumers use ChatGPT for shopping, retailers face an existential choice: be accessible through consumer-controlled agents or become invisible. Target is following Walmart's October playbook: building proprietary AI tools while hedging through ChatGPT integration. This two-track strategy reveals profound uncertainty: will platform-controlled agents or consumer-controlled agents dominate?
