يشكل التنمر المدرسي إحدى الظواهر السلوكية الأكثر إثارة للقلق في الأوساط التعليمية، نظرا لما يحمله من تداعيات نفسية واجتماعية وتربوية خطيرة تطال الضحايا، المتنمرين والمجتمع المدرسي ككل. وعلى الرغم من تعدد مظاهره واختلاف سياقاته، إلا أن التنمر يظل سلوكا متعمدا متكررا يتضمن اعتداء أو إقصاء أو تهديدا موجها من طرف فرد أو مجموعة تجاه اخرين أقل قوة أو نفوذا. وتشير الدراسات النفسية والتربوية والاجتماعية إلى أن هذا السلوك يرتبط بشكل وثيق بضعف الكفايات الاجتماعية، ومشكلات في معالجة المعلومات الاجتماعية، حيث يلجأ المراهقون ذوو القدرة المحدودة على التفاعل الاجتماعي إلى السلوك العدواني كحل وحيد للوصول إلى أهدافهم، وبوصفه ألية غير تكيفية لمواجهة مشكلاتهم الاجتماعية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى التنمر المدرسي ومستوى التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين، والكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين اضطراب السلوك (التنمر المدرسي) والتفاعل الاجتماعي، من حيث الاتجاه والنوع. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وطبقت على عينة مكونة من 322 مراهقا ومراهقة، تتراوح أعمارهم بين 12 و16 سنة، ويتابعون دراستهم بإحدى الثانويات الإعدادية بمدينة الدار البيضاء والتي تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي بالاتفاق مع السلطات التربوية المختصة. تم جمع المعطيات باستخدام مقياس التنمر المدرسي المكيف على البيئة المغربية، والذي شمل خمسة أبعاد (التنمر اللفظي / الجسدي / الاجتماعي / ضد الممتلكات / الجنسي) إلى جانب مقياس التفاعل الاجتماعي الذي يقيس مهارات التواصل وبناء العلاقات مع الاقران. وقد خضعت البيانات للتحليل الإحصائي اعتمادا على الإحصاءات الوصفية لتحديد مستويات المتغيرات، وتحليل الارتباط للكشف عن العلاقة بينها باستعمال الحزمة الإحصائيةSPSS . أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التنمر المدرسي لدى أفراد العينة كان مرتفعا، في حين جاء مستوى التفاعل الاجتماعي في المستوى المتوسط. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة احصائيا بين التفاعل الاجتماعي والتنمر المدرسي، حيث ارتبط انخفاض مهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي بارتفاع مستوى السلوك التنمري، مما يؤكد أن التنمر المدرسي، بوصفه اضطرابا سلوكيا، يرتبط بشكل وثيق بضعف الكفايات الاجتماعية لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تنمية مهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي تمثل مدخلا وقائيا وعلاجيا أساسيا للحد من التنمر المدرسي واضطرابات السلوك، وتؤكد على أهمية إدماج برامج نفسية تربوية وقائية داخل المؤسسات التعليمية.

تأتي هذه الدراسة في سياق التحولات التي تشهدها المنظومة التربوية المغربية، في اتجاه ترسيخ المقاربة بالكفايات وتفعيل دور المتعلم باعتباره فاعل أساسي في بناء تعلماته، ولا سيما في تدريس مادة الجغرافيا. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع توظيف الموارد الرقمية في تدريس الجغرافيا بالسلك الثانوي التأهيلي،  في ضوء المقاربة بالكفايات بجهة درعة تافيلالت، والكشف عن تمثلات الأساتذة وأنماط استعمالهم لهذه الموارد، فضلا عن رصد  مختلف العوائق البيداغوجية والتقنية والمؤسساتية التي تحد من إدماج فعال ومندمج لهذه الموارد في بناء التعلمات. اعتمدت الدراسة مقاربة وصفية تحليلية، استندت إلى استمارة  إلكترونية وجهت لأساتذة مادة التاريخ والجغرافيا(N=63)،  إلى جانب مقابلات نصف موجهة لرصد التمثلات المهنية المرتبطة بالتحول الرقمي. وقد تم تحليل المعطيات كميا  عبر الإحصاء الوصفي( التكرارات والنسب المئوية)، وكيفيا عبر التحليل الموضوعاتي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن توظيف الموارد الرقمية، لا يزال في جل الحالات ذا طابع مساعد أو توضيحي، يقتصر على عرض المعلومات بصيغة رقمية دون استثمار كامل لإمكاناتها التفاعلية في تنمية الكفايات، كما كشفت الدراسة عن فجوة واضحة بين التوجيهات التربوية الداعية إلى إدماج التكنولوجيا في إطار المقاربة بالكفايات، وبين الممارسات الصفية الفعلية. تخلص الدراسة إلى ضرورة الانتقال من منطق استعمال الموارد الرقمية كوسائط للعرض، إلى توظيفها أدوات حقيقية لبناء الكفايات، وذلك عبر تعزيز التكوين الديداكتيكي المتخصص، وتطوير سيناريوهات بيداغوجية مندمجة، تجعل من الموارد الرقمية رافعة حقيقية لتحسين جودة تعلم الجغرافيا بالسلك الثانوي التأهيلي.

Infra-Bench Classification (Infra-Bench CLS) pairs facility-scale critical-infrastructure assets identified in OpenStreetMap with co-located Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 imagery, so that Earth-observation foundation models can be compared on a common classification task across seven continental regions and four infrastructure sectors. Each asset is represented by one 600m x 600m tile centred on its location, stacking seven Sentinel-2 L2A optical bands with the two Sentinel-1 RTC polarizations at 10m resolution. Labels are weak, in the sense that classes derive from OpenStreetMap tags rather than from manual inspection. The archive contains two parts. The benchmark comprises 28 "cells" named dataset_<region>_<sector>_v1_1k, covering seven regions crossed with four sectors, each targeting 1,000 tiles drawn by proportional class-stratified sampling, for 18,756 tiles in total across a 13-class taxonomy. Additionally, the substation datasets, dataset_<region>_stac_v1, holds every deduplicated substation per region within the energy sector and without a per-cell cap. Each cell (e.g., Africa x energy) is a zip archive holding an images/ directory of .npy tiles, a manifest.json of per-tile metadata, and a summary.csv. Asset locations come from a Geofabrik OpenStreetMap snapshot dated 2026-05-26, and imagery from the Microsoft Planetary Computer, selecting the least-cloudy scene available for each asset within a 2021 to 2024 window. Note that the image_date field in these manifests records the end of that search window rather than the acquisition date of the scene used, so it reads 2024-12-31 for every tile.
