Recorded by: John Glover, W2QL Grid square of location recorded: FM18iu Maximum obscuration of the sun was 87.7% at 1920UT on 8 April 2024.   These data files are recordings of the entire medium wave broadcast band (535-1705kHz) made during the total solar eclipse of 8 April 2024 from 1742 to 2018UT from Fairfax, VA, USA.   They are part of a set of such recordings made from 1804UT on 7 April, 2024 to 1800UT on 9 April, 2024. Data Quality: Generally good, but some weak spurious carriers Data files are .wav format, but the archived files are .zip, with about five .wav files packaged together in each .zip file, using the prefix “W2QL-wideband_500_1750kHz_“.  The recordings not included here are available by contacting HamSCI at am-eclipse@hamsci.org, if you require this data.  Antenna:  Wellbrook FLX1530LN at 333/153 degrees, using 12' DXE400MAX coax at ~30 feet along inside (indoors) of vinyl sided wall, drywall inside wall; Palomar Engineers coax chokes/common mode noise filter;  height 25'. Caballero, XE2NNS Grid square of location recorded:  DL95VP Maximum obscuration of the sun was 95.4% at 1824UT on 8 April 2024.   These data files are recordings of the entire medium wave broadcast band (535-1705kHz) made during the total solar eclipse of 8 April 2024 from 1701 to 1950UT from the Monterrey area, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.  They are part of a set of such recordings made on 7 April, 2024 from 1700 to 2000UT and during various time periods on 8 April, 2024 between 0000 and 2025UT.   Data Quality:  Generally fair, but with many strong spurious carriers and  some data dropouts  <10 second duration.     Data files are .wav format, but the archived files are .zip, with about five .wav files packaged together in each .zip file, using the prefix “XE2NNS-wideband_50_2050kHz_“.  As the total files recorded during the solar eclipse exceeded the Zenodo 50GB limit, the remainder of the dataset is found in “Effects of the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse upon reception of North American signals in the medium-wave broadcast band, using software defined radio files recorded in the Monterrey area, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Part 2”. Purpose: To understand the technological innovation, operational mechanisms, and commercial significance of the patent titled “Automated Content Tag Processing for Mobile Media” (US20190354552A1). The study evaluates how automated content processing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, metadata generation, and mobile media technologies are integrated to identify content features, generate relevant tags, and improve digital media organisation and retrieval. It further aims to assess the patent's business value, practical applications, future opportunities, and strategic relevance through structured patent analysis frameworks such as SWOC and ABCDEF. Methodology: This study adopts an exploratory qualitative research approach to systematically collect, organise, and analyse information related to the selected patent from sources such as Google Search, Google Patents, Google Scholar, and AI-assisted platforms. The collected data were interpreted using SWOC and ABCDEF analytical frameworks to evaluate the patent's technological, strategic, operational, and commercial significance. Results & Analysis: The analysis reveals that the patent integrates automated content analysis, machine learning, metadata processing, and mobile media technologies to generate content tags and support efficient digital media management. The study found that the invention offers technological and operational advantages by reducing manual tagging efforts, improving content organisation, supporting faster search and retrieval, and enhancing content discovery. The SWOC and ABCDEF analyses further indicate that the patent possesses innovation potential, scalability, market relevance, and future commercialization opportunities despite challenges related to tagging accuracy, data privacy, system integration, and technological competition. Originality & Values: This study is original in applying a structured patent-analysis approach using SWOC and ABCDEF frameworks to evaluate the technological, operational, and commercial significance of Patent US20190354552A1. The article provides valuable insights into how automated content tagging, artificial intelligence, and mobile media technologies can transform traditional digital content-management processes into intelligent and scalable solutions. The study also offers practical value for researchers, innovators, technology companies, digital-content managers, and platform developers by highlighting the patent's innovation potential, business opportunities, and future development prospects. تستقصي هذه الورقة إشكالية استيعاب الدرس النحوي لدى المتعلمين، وتحديداً تلاميذ السنة الثانية باكالوريا مسلك العلوم الإنسانية، وذلك انطلاقاً من ملاحظة ميدانية رصدَت بونا شاسعاً بين القواعد النظرية والممارسة اللغوية لدى المتعلمين. يكمن موضوع البحث في تشخيص حالة الاغتراب المعرفي التي يعيشها المتعلم تجاه النحو العربي، إذ يغدو الإعراب في ذهنه شفرات لغوية معقدة ومنفصلة عن سياقها التواصلي، مما يُفضي إلى تعثر ملحوظ في تملّك الكفاية اللغوية اللازمة لاستقامة اللسان وجودة الأسلوب الكتابي. وعليه، يتجلى هدف الدراسة في كشف العوامل الموضوعية والذاتية التي تحول دون تمثل القواعد النحوية وظيفياً، مع التركيز على مساءلة طبيعة العلاقة القائمة بين التلميذ والمادة، وفحص مدى تأثير الوسائط الديداكتيكية المعتمدة في تكريس هذا التعثر. ولتحقيق هذه الغايات، اعتمد البحث منهجية وصفية تحليلية، استندت إلى دراسة ميدانية استقصائية وأدوات المعاينة المباشرة إبّان فترات التدريب المهني التي قضيناها سلفا تحت لواء المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بالرباط؛ إذ تم رصد قصوراً واضحاً في إدراك البنى التركيبية الصغرى وعجز المتعلمين عن إنجاز عمليات إعرابية بسيطة. وقد أفضت هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، أبرزها تأكيد فرضية البحث التي تُرجع أزمة الاستيعاب إلى اختلالات عميقة في طرائق التدريس في المقام الأول، تليها تعقيدات المحتوى التعليمي وغياب الوضوح المنهجي في المقررات الدراسية، مما حوّل الدرس النحوي إلى قوالب صورية تفتقر للبعد الوظيفي. وفي الخلاصة، تؤكد الورقة على ضرورة إعادة النظر في الممارسة الديداكتيكية عبر ربط النحو بوظائفه التداولية والجمالية، وتوصي بتبسيط المقررات وابتكار بدائل تعليمية تجعل من القاعدة النحوية أداة حية ووظيفية لفهم النصوص وإنتاجها، بما يضمن للمتعلم ناصية القول والكتابة السليمة. إنّ معالجة هذه الإشكالية تقتضي تحولاً في النظرة التربوية من "النحو المعياري الجاف" إلى "النحو الوظيفي التواصلي" الذي يستجيب لمتطلبات المستوى الدراسي المعنيّ.

Este Trabajo Final de Estudios (TFE) forma parte de una línea de investigación relacionada con el marketing deportivo, dentro del máster en Dirección Comercial y Marketing de IMF-ICE (Instituto de Ciencias Empresariales), para el curso 2019-20. Esta investigación es resultado del análisis, diagnóstico y decisiones estratégicas de marketing de clubes de baloncesto de la Liga ACB y LEB Oro de España, donde cada TFE se focaliza en un estudio de caso (club Movistar Estudiantes). El análisis para este club se fundamenta en el complejo entorno actual del marketing deportivo. Asimismo, dicho análisis se realiza en coherencia con las políticas y objetivos que rigen sus actividades, permitiendo realizar una aproximación a su modelo de marketing lo más ajustado a la realidad del período analizado (temporada 2017-18), su entorno competitivo y de las tendencias globales a nivel internacional. Se utilizó la metodología documental puesto que se realiza una evaluación concreta de datos, para ajustarse a la estructura de análisis de marketing en entidades deportivas. Para ello, el TFE está compuesto en tres partes. La primera abarca el objeto general y específico de estudio, la segunda consta del cuerpo de investigación con su respectivo análisis externo e interno; y la tercera conforma los resultados, conclusiones y prospectivas acerca del club estudiado. Las principales aportaciones exponen la importancia de realizar seguimiento a clientes, competidores y proponer ofertas innovadoras mediante estrategias de marketing y comunicación, aprovechando el desarrollo de las TIC. Logrando que el sector de baloncesto en España expanda sus estrategias mediante un marketing deportivo adecuado.

يشكل التنمر المدرسي إحدى الظواهر السلوكية الأكثر إثارة للقلق في الأوساط التعليمية، نظرا لما يحمله من تداعيات نفسية واجتماعية وتربوية خطيرة تطال الضحايا، المتنمرين والمجتمع المدرسي ككل. وعلى الرغم من تعدد مظاهره واختلاف سياقاته، إلا أن التنمر يظل سلوكا متعمدا متكررا يتضمن اعتداء أو إقصاء أو تهديدا موجها من طرف فرد أو مجموعة تجاه اخرين أقل قوة أو نفوذا. وتشير الدراسات النفسية والتربوية والاجتماعية إلى أن هذا السلوك يرتبط بشكل وثيق بضعف الكفايات الاجتماعية، ومشكلات في معالجة المعلومات الاجتماعية، حيث يلجأ المراهقون ذوو القدرة المحدودة على التفاعل الاجتماعي إلى السلوك العدواني كحل وحيد للوصول إلى أهدافهم، وبوصفه ألية غير تكيفية لمواجهة مشكلاتهم الاجتماعية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى التنمر المدرسي ومستوى التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين، والكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين اضطراب السلوك (التنمر المدرسي) والتفاعل الاجتماعي، من حيث الاتجاه والنوع. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وطبقت على عينة مكونة من 322 مراهقا ومراهقة، تتراوح أعمارهم بين 12 و16 سنة، ويتابعون دراستهم بإحدى الثانويات الإعدادية بمدينة الدار البيضاء والتي تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي بالاتفاق مع السلطات التربوية المختصة. تم جمع المعطيات باستخدام مقياس التنمر المدرسي المكيف على البيئة المغربية، والذي شمل خمسة أبعاد (التنمر اللفظي / الجسدي / الاجتماعي / ضد الممتلكات / الجنسي) إلى جانب مقياس التفاعل الاجتماعي الذي يقيس مهارات التواصل وبناء العلاقات مع الاقران. وقد خضعت البيانات للتحليل الإحصائي اعتمادا على الإحصاءات الوصفية لتحديد مستويات المتغيرات، وتحليل الارتباط للكشف عن العلاقة بينها باستعمال الحزمة الإحصائيةSPSS . أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التنمر المدرسي لدى أفراد العينة كان مرتفعا، في حين جاء مستوى التفاعل الاجتماعي في المستوى المتوسط. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة احصائيا بين التفاعل الاجتماعي والتنمر المدرسي، حيث ارتبط انخفاض مهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي بارتفاع مستوى السلوك التنمري، مما يؤكد أن التنمر المدرسي، بوصفه اضطرابا سلوكيا، يرتبط بشكل وثيق بضعف الكفايات الاجتماعية لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تنمية مهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي تمثل مدخلا وقائيا وعلاجيا أساسيا للحد من التنمر المدرسي واضطرابات السلوك، وتؤكد على أهمية إدماج برامج نفسية تربوية وقائية داخل المؤسسات التعليمية.
