Mazkur maqolada ingliz va o‘zbek telemeditsina terminologiyasini qiyosiy o‘rganishning nazariy hamda metodologik asoslari yoritiladi. Telemedicine, telehealth, remote patient monitoring, teleconsultation, store-and-forward, teleradiology singari tayanch birliklarning terminologik maqomi, semantik chegaralari va o‘zbek tilidagi muqobillari qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda qiyosiy-tipologik, komponent tahlil, struktur-semantik, terminografik va tarjima-ekvivalentlik metodlarining imkoniyatlari asoslanadi. Xalqaro raqamli sog‘liq tasniflarida yagona «ko‘prik til» yaratish zarurati ta’kidlanayotgani, o‘zbek terminologiyasida esa o‘zlashma, kalkalash va tavsifiy tarjima parallel qo‘llanayotgani ko‘rsatiladi. Natijada inglizcha terminni o‘zbekchaga ko‘chirishda faqat formal moslik emas, balki tushunchaviy aniqlik, funksional ekvivalentlik, bir ma’nolilik va normativ barqarorlikni birgalikda hisobga olishga asoslangan metodologik model taklif etiladi.

Актуальность. Контроль глубины общей анестезии является важной составляющей современного анестезиологического обеспечения, особенно у детей. Недостаточная глубина анестезии может сопровождаться реакциями на хирургическую стимуляцию и недостаточным гипнотическим эффектом, тогда как чрезмерная глубина анестезии может способствовать гемодинамическим нарушениям и замедлению восстановления после операции. В связи с этим применение объективных методов мониторинга глубины анестезии представляет практический интерес. Одним из таких методов является биспектральный индекс (BIS), основанный на компьютерном анализе электроэнцефалографической активности.

This release rolls up all changes since v3.0 into a single, well-tested build for both macOS and Windows. Highlights Share the app over your local network The app now listens on all network interfaces by default, so colleagues on the same Wi-Fi/LAN can open it in their own browser at http://<host-IP>:5000/. Set CORDHISK_HOST=127.0.0.1 to restrict it to one computer instead. The sidebar menu shows a copyable link to share with others on the network. Only the host machine can close a shared session (via the in-app Close button or its own tab); other connected devices cannot shut it down, even if they close their own tab. Fixed a race condition where quickly navigating (e.g. clicking a memory in the Compare/Report view, or submitting the Import/Metadata Space forms) could incorrectly trigger the browser's leave-page prompt and shut the shared server down for everyone. Bug fixes Fixed editing a memory metadata field (e.g. author) erasing it instead of saving it, most noticeable when editing from another device on the network. Fixed the memories/CHO list overlapping the sidebar's bottom buttons on narrow/Android browser viewports; simplified the import/export format links to reduce visual clutter. Fixed a Windows SQLite disk I/O issue and made the desktop apps fully portable: the database and memory files now live next to the app/executable (with an automatic fallback to a per-user data folder if that location is not writable). Smaller, cleaner desktop builds Rebuilt both the macOS and Windows apps from a minimal, isolated environment containing only the actual dependencies (Flask, SQLAlchemy). The macOS app shrank from roughly 170 MB to about 32 MB with no functional change. Other Auto-close support: the app can close itself when its browser tab/window is closed (desktop convenience), now safely scoped to the host machine only. General UI polish: consistent close-confirmation behaviour, clearer sidebar/report navigation, and a configurable session secret (CORDHISK_SECRET_KEY) for non-local deployments.
