The framework’s table of affective states was derived for minds, but none of its axes mentions a mind. It has three axes:• where two readers sit on their phase relation (locked in phase, locked out of phase, off-zero, uncoupled);• the status of the referent (rendering, recorded but not rendering, not in the record);• the operation involved (a gate or a write).Any two coupled readers occupy its cells. This manuscript reads the table, together with the dials of the companion map of disorders, as a portable table of coupling states, and maps it onto the following domains:• chemistry• markets• nations• computing and machine learning• immunology• the physics of disordered materials• medicine• law• ritual• ecology• skilled performanceMost placements rename. A set of them carry a consequence that the receiving field had already reached by its own route, and those are reported as convergences. There are six:1. The split between fear and anxiety (referent present or absent) recurs as Knight’s split between risk and uncertainty, as the machine-learning split between aleatoric and epistemic uncertainty, as the division of pain into nociceptive and nociplastic, and as the legal chilling effect. In each case information resolves one side and supplying the referent is the only thing that converts the other.2. The framework’s statement that a law is a closed window, and can be reopened only where the least depends on it, is how precedent is treated in doctrine, how trained networks settle and are adapted, and how stress returns an older layer of learning. A refinement, that closure is relative to the rate of reading, is Reiner’s Deborah number.3. Gating and writing are distinguished independently by placebo research (expectation against conditioning), by language-model training, by law and by religious practice. In placebo research the difference in reach is measured: a gate reaches only what is read.4. A missing source tag fails in two directions. In language models these are prompt injection and hallucination; in objects, forgery against authenticity.5. Frustration, the emotion, is odd parity. An odd cycle of anti-phase locks cannot be satisfied, which is the frustrated plaquette of magnetism and the unbalanced triad of social psychology. The framework’s lattice decides where it can occur.6. Skilled performance lays out the record’s layers at both ends and a third. Choking is the newest layer reading the running groove. Panic is the overlay dropped to the oldest layer. Freezing is no operation. The yips reproduce the split between the pipeline and the reader that divides neuropathic from nociplastic pain.Prior art, the rows that only rename, and predictions are given.

Background: Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) for children with ASD involve training caregivers to modify their own behavior to naturally implement techniques throughout daily life, ultimately promoting positive change in the child. Addressing the critical role of caregiver behavior, the study was conducted to develop and validate the EDITT-CBRS (Educating caregivers on Direct and Interactive Teaching Techniques- Caregiver Behavior Rating Scale) to effectively measure caregiver behavior during intervention. Methods : Development of EDITT-CBRS as a mixed-method scale. Section-I: Likert scale comprising 6 main criteria and 22 sub-criteria (rating section), section-II: open-ended sections (observations). Validation process involved: content validation by a 10-member expert focus group;Construct validation using 10-minute free-play videos of 35 caregiver-child dyads;Inter-rater reliability assessed between two coders (one being 100% blinded to sample history and therapy, other being 66%) andConcurrent validation using Mahoney Maternal Behavior Rating Scale. Results : EDITT-CBRS demonstrated strong psychometric properties. Content validity indices were high—0.93 for criteria and 0.95 for sub-criteria. Internal consistency, construct validity and reliability was robust (Cronbach’s α = 0.879, p < 0.001; CITC range r = 0.312 – 0.702; MIC = 0.245). Inter-rater reliability was

Indian businesses increasingly hold value in patents, trademarks, copyright, designs, software, trade secrets, and associated licensing streams rather than in land or machinery. Yet intellectual property (IP) remains an underused form of loan collateral. Indian scholarship identifies a paradox: existing legislation can accommodate the transfer of IP and the treatment of knowledge capital as an asset, but no integrated regime clearly resolves creation, perfection, priority, valuation, enforcement, licensing, and insolvency. The result is a gap between formal proprietary capacity and practical creditability. This article argues that Indian law should not treat IP collateral as an ordinary pledge of documents or as an unqualified transfer of ownership. It should recognize a functional security interest over defined economic rights, supported by coordinated registry practice, asset-specific perfection rules, standardized valuation, transparent enforcement, and insolvency procedures that preserve going-concern value. The article distinguishes patents, trademarks, copyright, and royalty streams; examines the interaction among the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the Companies Act, 2013, IP legislation, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016; and proposes a reform architecture that protects lenders without allowing enforcement to destroy innovation, goodwill, licensee reliance, or authors’ non-economic interests.

This manuscript maps psychological disorders onto the framework’s architecture as a translation layer: a common structural vocabulary in which disorders studied by separate fields, in humans and in animals, can be placed and compared. It offers no treatments. A mind is described as a nested reader whose access is set by its own record. Such a reader locks and releases coalitions, alternates its single read/write between the world and the record, is built through windows that close, and reads its cycles at a paid-for looseness. A disorder is defined as that reader stuck at, or pushed past, one end of one of its dials — never as a missing record, since the architecture forbids deletion. Ten dials are identified, each able to fail in two directions. Six general properties follow:• disorders come in opposed pairs;• comorbidity is structural;• change in a disorder can only be an addition or a re-gating;• a disorder becomes stable when a developmental window closes on it;• the same failures appear at the speed of bodies and ecosystems;• disorder follows structure, not species.Read against the framework’s affective table, the map gives three organising results:• the division between personality disorders and episodic disorders is the division between the framework’s two operations;• the one empty cell of the referent table is post-traumatic avoidance;• the field’s distinction between distress and fear disorders is the distinction between referent-absent and referent-present states.A group of perception-and-self syndromes (Capgras, Fregoli, Cotard, neglect, phantom limb, alien hand, catatonia, thought insertion, visual form constants) read as failures of a pipeline that renders a flat record as a three-dimensional world and self. ADHD and autism fall at opposite ends of one dial (the number and depth of locks). Because a lock is a relation between two readers, part of what is described as social deficit is a mismatch between readers. Animal disorders map onto the same dials, and animals serve as a control against the principal risk of this kind of work — translating a diagnosis into new vocabulary and calling the match a result. Convergences with established findings and their check status are reported, and predictions follow.

AI model weights are valuable intellectual property and increasingly important security assets. Conventional cloud deployments commonly encrypt model weights with a data encryption key, or DEK, and protect that key with a key encryption key managed by the same cloud provider that stores or processes the model. This envelope-encryption pattern protects against storage compromise, but it can concentrate control over the encrypted model, key-management infrastructure, authorization plane, and execution environment within a single administrative trust domain. This paper proposes the Distributed Trust Architecture for AI, or DTAI, an attestationbased, multi-authority architecture for protecting high-value AI model weights. DTAI separates the information required to derive a model DEK across two independently administered key authorities. One authority stores key contribution K1, while another stores key contribution K2. Neither contribution is itself the DEK. An approved workload running inside a hardware-backed trusted execution environment, or TEE, obtains both contributions only after satisfying workload identity, platform security, freshness, authorization, and proof-of-possession requirements. The workload derives the DEK inside the TEE by applying a standards-based key derivation function to K1 and K2.
