This article examines the legal mechanisms for ensuring human rights and fundamental freedoms in the context of constitutional reforms, with particular attention to the development of constitutional guarantees, the rule of law, and democratic governance. It also analyzes the constitutional reforms implemented in Uzbekistan in light of international human rights standards and proposes recommendations for strengthening legal protection mechanisms.

Almost every lineage of living things has sex at some point in its history. This manuscript maps sex onto the framework as a translation layer, using structures developed in companion manuscripts: the two operations, nodes and arcs, the source tag, windows, the generating sheet, the seam, and the groove.A companion manuscript found that eating moves nodes across a reader’s boundary and never admits a foreign arc. Sex is the one deliberate exception: two readers’ arcs are combined in a new reader.The main mappings:• Heredity is by nodes and the phenotype is their rendered average. Averaged arcs would collapse variation to the chord, as the objection to blending inheritance required. Dominance is the framework’s combining rule applied to two copies of a record.• Sex reads around errors. Because nothing is deleted, errors accumulate in a clonal lineage. Recombination is the only way to rebuild a clean combination without deletion, and it re-phases the lineage so that parasites cannot hold a lock.• The two sexes divide what a new reader needs. The egg brings nodes and tension; the sperm brings arcs. This is the same line along which nutritional mutualisms divide. Organelles come from one parent only, because two organelle lineages would carry competing tags.• The supplier of nodes becomes the gate in sexual selection. Honest signals are costly writes.• Mating fails at both ends of similarity, as eating does.• Conception is built step by step from the framework. A window admits one write and closes into a law. The entry point breaks the symmetry. A count ratio hands control to the new reader’s own record. The body passes from a closed sheet to a torus through a seam.• A sexual lineage is a groove. The number of generations is recorded; each generation is read at a phase the record does not hold.• Reproductive cycles lock to outside grooves. A short section treats this, including the lunar case. The foundational architecture, geometric intuitions, and motivating philosophy of this framework originated independently with the author prior to and separate from any AI involvement. Subsequent mathematical derivation, connection to established physics literature, computational verification, and error-checking were conducted through extended technical work with AI systems (Anthropic’s Claude and Google’s Gemini). The author directed this process, evaluated and selected among proposed derivations, and takes full responsibility for the accuracy and originality of the final work.

В статье представлен анализ результатов компоненто-разрешенной диагностики (CRD) методом мультиплексного иммуноблотинга ALEX2 у детей с сенсибилизацией к ингаляционным аллергенам. Исследование показало высокую частоту изогенной моносенсибилизации к клещам домашней пыли (Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus и Dermatophagoides farinae) при отсутствии сывороточных специфических IgE к пыльцевым, бытовым, грибковым и пищевым панелям. На основе количественного анализа показана ведущая роль мажорных молекул групп 1 (Der p 1, Der f 1) и 2 (Der p 2, Der f 2), а также перитрофиноподобного белка Der p 23. Обоснована значимость определения компонентов Der p 23 и Der p 5 для фенотипирования тяжести аллергического процесса и оценки патогенетических показаний к назначению аллерген-специфической иммунотерапии.

Abstract Financial inclusion has become a key part of economic development and is essential for providing easy and low-cost access to financial services to individuals and businesses. From machine learning to AI-powered predictive analytics, AI-driven tools like robo-advisory platforms, biometric authentication, and chatbots have improved financial institutions' access to previously unreached groups. The use of digital payment systems, mobile banking apps, and AI-powered financial platforms has helped raise awareness and participation in the formal financial system, particularly in urban areas like Dadar, Mumbai. The present study aims to explore the position of AI in financial inclusion for promoting sustainable advancement of FinTech in Dadar. This study aims to shed light on how AI technologies enable financial accessibility, overcome operational challenges, enhance customer engagement, and drive sustainable financial growth. Trends and developments in the financial sector are analyzed using secondary information from government reports, publications of Reserve Bank India, industry reports on FinTech, research articles and statistical databases. The results indicate that AI-driven financial services have incremented the efficiency of transactions, cut the cost of services, strengthened the fraud prevention process, and broadened access to banking services for a variety of user groups. Moreover, the sustainable development of FinTech has also led to economic empowerment, financial literacy, and financial resilience. The study concludes that AI-driven financial inclusion is a critical element in driving sustainable FinTech growth in Dadar, and holds tremendous potential to enhance the financial ecosystem by providing innovation, accessibility, and responsible technological advancements.

Every living thing eats, and every living thing can be eaten. This manuscript maps eating onto the framework as a translation layer. A companion manuscript separated nodes — counts, which carry no mark of their origin — from arcs, the phasing that is specific to one reader. Read with that separation, eating reduces to one rule: nodes and tension cross a reader’s boundary; arcs are reduced outside it and never cross as food. The rule follows from the reader’s source tag. A foreign arc admitted inside would be read as the reader’s own. So the only things that can happen to it are reduction outside the boundary, which is eating, or entry into the record, which is copying.Consequences:• The two operations sort all traffic across a living boundary. Nodes are moved in (eating). Arcs are copied in (infection, gene transfer, sex, endosymbiosis). Viruses, which copy and never eat, sit exactly on the line.• “Outside” is topological, not spatial. The different ways of eating — autotrophs, osmotrophs, phagotrophs, animals, humans — differ only in where the outside is placed and who holds the key: none; the world; a pocket; a tube; the world again, under control.• Edibility is a band. Food too unlike the eater cannot be reduced, because the eater has no key. Food too like it passes as the eater’s own.• Food carries two components. Nodes to write into, and tension to pay for the write. The great nutritional mutualisms divide along exactly this line.• In fungi and roots the eating surface is the generating sheet. Animals separated eating from growing and move to their food.The individual findings are established. The rule that connects them, the band, the division of mutualisms, and the ladder of placements are what this manuscript contributes. Predictions are given. The current problem of the study is to clearly distinguish the functional distribution of native and borrowed units in written texts of 2015–2024, since in existing descriptions their boundaries often remain at the level of general annotation. The goal is to show on the basis of the corpus how these two layers form a functional relationship in the lexical structure of the modern Uzbek language. Corpus research, concordance analysis, collocational observation and comparative-stylistic interpretation were used as methods; written samples from various genres were used as material. The analysis showed that native units serve as a stable support in the neutral informational part of the text, while borrowed units enhance terminological clarity, formality and stylistic density. In the lines of concordance, softening, specialization and the addition of an evaluative tone were observed around some borrowed units; this indicates that they are not only a naming, but also a pragmatic management tool. As a result of comparative stratification, it was found that the functional interchange of the two layers within the texts prevails, rather than the absolute opposition. As a scientific contribution, a descriptive model is proposed for the lexicographical determination of the relationship between layers; it allows combining text analysis, explanatory dictionary construction, and methodological description.

This manuscript sets out how integer and fraction relate on the framework’s hexagonal grid, using one figure, the overlapping-circle pattern known as the flower of life, read as a picture of phasing, and derives from that relation the rule by which each new ring of the grid is written.• The average is the chord. In each petal of the figure, two sixty-degree arcs from neighbouring circles bow symmetrically about one shared chord, so the chord is the pointwise average of the two arcs.• Integers are nodes and fractions are arcs, whichever operation is involved.• The fraction is bounded. A hop holds at most one sixth of a cycle before the excess passes into a count. That passage, the jump, makes windings, and windings are harmonics.• The next-ring rule. Each new ring is written from the ring below by the framework’s two combining operations: a site with one parent copies it, a site with two parents takes their chord. The one binary tie this leaves, where two parents differ by one sixth, is settled by the orientation of the growth triangle, the framework’s handedness χ. The rule adds nothing to the framework: it is topology. Its consequences are exact: the winding passes through every ring unchanged; the only content not fixed by the integer is where the arc steps sit; a region’s winding changes only when a phase singularity crosses its boundary; and the frontier’s phase never repeats.• The integer is counted; the fraction returns. A winding persists with no record to hold it, because counts pass through unchanged. A fraction relaxes to the chord when nothing holds it away. The framework’s reader conversion, derived in a companion manuscript as a hexagonal ring of 6n hops read as a circle of 2πn, equals the arc-to-chord ratio of one petal: π/3 is phasing divided by average.A corollary follows without a new axiom. The substrate holds only counts, ratios, topology and spectrum, so it is rational. Reading a count as a measure multiplies it by π/3, which is transcendental. Anything irrational is therefore rendered: counts and ratios pass through rendering unchanged, while measures acquire π. Established physics reached the same division independently, in five places:• exact quantisation occurs only in counting and topological quantities;• topological invariants do not run with energy scale, while coupling constants do;• the most exact measurements are counts, and the 2019 SI rests on them;• crystal faces have rational indices, and the irrational exception, the quasicrystal, is a projection;• whole-number regularity holds for mass numbers and fails for masses.Prior art and predictions are given.
