Майстерня — серія з п'яти ітеративних воркшопів, які Центр демократичної стійкості Київської школи економіки провів з лютого по липень 2026 року в межах проєкту BRIDGE, що фінансується Європейським Союзом за програмою «Горизонт Європа» (грантова угода № 101160337). Майстерня об'єднала практиків громадської участі, представників органів місцевого самоврядування та центральних органів влади, міжнародних організацій і експертів. Учасники осмислювали перший досвід деліберативних міні-суспільств в Україні (громадські асамблеї та громадянська панель) і обговорювали, як адаптувати міжнародні стандарти деліберативної демократії до українського контексту. Архів містить посилання на відеозаписи, презентації спікерів і підсумки кожної зустрічі, підсумок вправи з мапування екосистеми, спільно напрацьовані рекомендації та перелік додаткових довідкових матеріалів. Більшість матеріалів — українською мовою.

This study examined the financial literacy and income management practices of fishermen in the Samal District of the Island Garden City of Samal. Using a descriptive-correlational research design, adapted and modified questionnaires were administered through total population sampling to 362 registered fishermen across all barangays. Statistical tools, including the mean, Pearson's r, and regression analysis, were used to analyze the data. The level of financial literacy among fishermen was very high, indicating that it was evident. The income management practices of fishermen were described as high, indicating that such practices were evident. Among the four indicators, budgeting was rated very high, spending and saving were rated high, while investing was rated average and described as somewhat evident. A significant positive relationship was found between financial literacy and income management practices, indicating a noticeable connection between the two variables. Regression analysis further revealed that financial literacy significantly influences income management practices, suggesting that the more knowledgeable fishermen are about financial concepts, the more effectively they apply these practices in their daily financial decisions. The results align with the Financial Capability Theory and Self-Determination Theory, which emphasize the importance of financial knowledge, behavior, and self-motivation in achieving sound financial outcomes. Based on these findings, it is recommended that fishermen maintain their budgeting, spending, and saving practices while improving their investing habits through participation in community-based seminars and trainings on investment opportunities, and that government agencies implement financial literacy programs and collaborate with local banks and financial institutions to provide accessible financial services and counseling for fisherfolk.

The escalating adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in language education, particularly ChatGPT, has drastically altered vocabulary teaching and learning practices in secondary schools in Vietnam, where rote learning and teacher-centered approaches are common norms. This study examines secondary school students’ motivation and attitudes toward using ChatGPT for vocabulary development. A mixed-methods design was employed, drawing on a survey with 208 ninth-grade students and semi-structured interviews with eight of the respondents. The survey data revealed the students’ moderate degrees of motivation to use ChatGPT, with extrinsic motivation surpassing intrinsic motivation. Their attitudes were generally positive, showing relatively high enjoyment and low anxiety in utilizing ChatGPT for vocabulary learning. The students considered ChatGPT a useful and convenient resource and expressed willingness to continue using it despite their concerns over its reliability and the risk of over-reliance. The interview data augmented these patterns, highlighting ChatGPT’s interactivity and flexibility while emphasizing the continued importance of teachers’ classroom support. This study provides corroborating evidence for ChatGPT as a versatile complementary tool for vocabulary learning that fosters learners’ motivation and positive attitudes. However, its adoption requires careful integration with teacher guidance and AI literacy training.

Acoustic Architecture: A Five-Layer Synthesis of Golden-Ratio Lattice Geometry, the Tesla–Tully Return Loop, and the Neolithic Carved Stone Balls of Scotland   C. J. Each layer is presented at the appropriate epistemic register: algebraic and representation-theoretic results (Layers I and II) are proven in exact rational and modular arithmetic; the ring-theoretic decomposition of the Tully–Tesla return loop and the affine fixed-point theorem for its generating operator (Layer III) are proven; and the archaeological and acoustic interpretations (Layers IV and V) are stated as testable hypotheses with explicit falsification criteria.   Principal results. (i) The Spine/Shell partition of the Tully–Tesla hexad is the canonical ideal/unit partition of the ring ℤ/9ℤ, and the unit group carries a canonical D₆ action generated by doubling and inversion. (ii) The composition of the six return operations is an affine map with a unique fixed point at x = 3. (iii) The four dihedral groups D₆, D₅, D₁₀, D₂₀ appearing across the framework are complementary rather than nested. (iv) The 6-, 12-, and 20-knobbed carved stone balls are candidate encodings of the three Platonic vertex counts within the icosahedral family, against which a statistical null model is specified. (v) Stone circles are proposed as band-selective inward reflectors whose resonant modes follow the Bessel structure of their geometry, with the golden-ratio spectral hypothesis refined to depend on discrete scatterer arrangement rather than smooth circular boundary. The growing availability of personal data has driven major advances in machine learning, healthcare, and cybersecurity, but also increased privacy risks from re-identification attacks and rising legal and ethical demands. Differential privacy (DP) offers a principled framework to mitigate these risks. This review surveys DP’s foundations, mechanisms, and applications, focusing on privacy-preserving machine learning and synthetic data generation. It also discusses usability challengesand the need for clearer communication and transparency in DP systems. The goal is to support informed adoption of DP in an evolving data privacy landscape.

Los principios orientadores del artículo 4 de la Ley 5/2011, de 29 de marzo, de Economía Social (LES) (BOE-A-2011-5708), entre los que cabe destacar, en relación a la igualdad de género, el principio de la promoción de la igualdad de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres y la conciliación de la vida personal, familiar y laboral y la sostenibilidad, inducen a pensar que en el S. XXI, en una sociedad desarrollada y avanzada, el elenco de las entidades que forman parte de la economía social, como son las cooperativas y las sociedades laborales de fuerte implantación en Euskadi , han desarrollado mecanismos jurídicos y normativos para promover la igualdad de género en sus diferentes secciones departamentales, además de en los puestos de responsabilidad de estas entidades.  Sin ánimo de abordar la promoción de la igualdad de género en todos los puestos, materia que técnicamente corresponde al diseño de los planes de igualdad, en esta oportunidad trataremos de formular algunas directrices de buenas prácticas y buena gobernanza (soft law), que coadyuven a incorporar la perspectiva de género en los procesos de selección de las personas que integran la alta dirección y/o los consejos rectores de las cooperativas o del órgano de administración de las sociedades laborales, sin perjuicio de que este objetivo estará condicionado en todo momento por el tamaño de las entidades y la actividad empresarial o sectorial que desarrollen. Otro objetivo del trabajo, estrechamente relacionado con dos de los principios orientadores de las empresas y entidades de economía social, como es el desarrollo territorial y la cohesión social (art. 4 LES), nos conducirán a que analicemos el apoyo institucional de la Administración y del gobierno territorial para que estas entidades y empresas incorporen mujeres en sus órganos decisorios. En este sentido, se tratará de fundamentar la conveniencia de la promoción de género en los órganos de administración de esas entidades, toda vez que, además de que ello incorporará otra perspectiva más enriquecedora para la cohesión social y territorial, la normativa administrativa que articula las ayudas, subvenciones y la contratación con el sector público está integrando en sus bases el requerimiento de la acreditación de entidades igualitarias.

Data from a survey designed to investigate how viewers of Our Flag Means Death, The Mandalorian and other tv series noticed and felt about the use of virtual production (VP). The survey gave information about VP and how it was used in those two series and asked questions to determine the respondents’ familiarity with Our Flag Means Death and The Mandalorian. Depending on which of the series the respondents had seen, they were then guided to agree or disagree with statements about the role of VP in their experience of watching the series. The survey concluded by asking a series of demographic questions: age (range), continent resided in, gender and sexuality in order to better understand the segment of audience represented. Before conducting the study, research ethics approval was obtained on 11 November 2024 from Edinburgh College of Art, University of Edinburgh as part of the CoSTAR Foresight Lab’s activities, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AH/Y007433/1). All data was collected, managed and stored in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The survey was delivered via Jisc Online Surveys (https://app.onlinesurveys.jisc.ac.uk), a GDPR compliant survey research tool, between 20 August and 19 September 2025. A total of 331 respondents completed the survey. The respondents all agreed with the following consent statement: “By proceeding with the study, I agree to all of the following statements: I am 18 years of age or older. I have read and understood the above information. I understand that my participation is voluntary. I consent to my anonymised data being used in academic publications and presentations. I allow my data to be used in future ethically approved research.” The data is shared in the form of an excel spreadsheet. From the original dataset we have held back longer text-based answers as they included personally identifiable information.
