Maqolada xalqaro moliya institutlari ishtirokidagi loyihalarning afzallik va risklarini yagona ko‘rsatkichda birlashtiruvchi IBRS modeli uni ishlab chiqishda foydalanilmagan ikki loyiha — Osiyo taraqqiyot banki moliyalashtirgan Talimarjon issiqlik elektr stansiyasi va Jahon banki moliyalashtirgan Olot–Qorako‘l suv ta’minoti loyihasida sinovdan o‘tkazildi. Ballar yakuniy hisobot va mustaqil baholash hujjatlaridagi haqiqiy ko‘rsatkichlar asosida qo‘yildi. Ikki loyihaning IBRS qiymati deyarli teng chiqdi (0,440 va 0,429), biroq tarkibi qarama-qarshi: birinchisida o‘rtacha afzallik past risk sharoitida saqlangan, ikkinchisida eng yuqori afzallikning qariyb yarmi operatsion va institutsional risklar tufayli yo‘qotilgan. Model vaznlar o‘zgarishiga barqaror, alohida ballarga esa sezgir bo‘lib chiqdi. Xulosa qilinishicha, model loyihalarni guruhlash va yo‘qotilgan afzallik manbasini aniqlash uchun yaroqli, ammo aniq reyting o‘rinlarini belgilash uchun yetarli emas.

The purpose of this study was to determine the school administrators’ conflict management practices and teachers’ morale, their significant relationship and identified dimensions that predict teachers’ morale. The study utilized correlational and causal research designs. The researcher used the stratified sampling technique to determine the sample size with the use of Raosoft calculator. A total of 120 public school teachers served as respondents of the study. Mean and Standard Deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Linear Regression were the statistical technique employed in the study. Results revealed that conflict management practices of school administrators are high. Teachers perceived school administrators’ treat to teachers’ morale as very high. There is low to moderate positive correlation between conflict management practices and teachers’ morale. Competing and accommodating conflict management practices are the best predictors of teachers’ morale. School administrators may continue to practice the eclectic approach in resolving conflicts and conduct team building to establish camaraderie among teachers to minimize the occurrence of conflict related to personality factors.

This study aimed to determine the influence of the learning environment on students’ achievement at Southern de Oro Philippines College, focusing specifically on peer influence, teacher approachability, and the availability of learning resources. The research adopted a correlational and causal design supplemented by documentary analysis. Data were gathered from 238 students across BSIT, CBAE, and CHTM programs during the 2025–2026 school year using a modified, validated questionnaire. Analysis involved descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple linear regression to evaluate relationships and predictive effects. Findings revealed that the learning environment was generally rated high, with peer influence particularly strong, alongside favorable levels of teacher approachability and learning resources availability. Students’ achievement was also assessed at a satisfactory to good level. However, peer influence, teacher approachability, and learning resources availability showed no significant correlation or predictive influence on achievement. The study concludes that, despite a positive learning environment, these specific factors do not directly influence on students’ academic outcomes. Other variables, such as intrinsic motivation or external support systems, likely exert greater influence. Recommendations include peer mentoring initiatives and enhanced teacher training for better student engagement.

Emergency departments (EDs) are an entry point into healthcare, but many face rising volumes, overcrowding, staff shortages, and mismatches between demand and resources. These pressures affect safety, waiting times, workload, and quality. Better anticipation of arrivals may support staff and workflow planning. Time series forecasting can predict patient inflow using historical data and predictors.

ABSTRACT:
Rational models, which presume that people act rationally to maximize rewards while reducing risk, have historically been used to explain financial decision-making However, an increasing number of research in behavioral financial studies indicates that investor decision is heavily impacted by psychological, emotional, and social aspects rather than being solely rational. This study integrates theoretical viewpoints with empirical data to investigate how behavioral and psychological aspects influence financial decision-making. The study highlights significant behavioral biases, such as loss aversion ,overconfidence., “herd behavior, anchoring, and mental accounting, as well as other psychological factors, including risk perception, risk propensity, problem framing, and information asymmetry. These factors help shape the way that people process financial information, evaluate risk and make decisions about investing in an uncertain environment (Kahneman&Tversky, 1979; Barberis&Thaler, 2003)”. It is a descriptive and analytical research design and the study relies on primary data obtained from the respondents using a structured questionnaire and 120 respondents were selected comprising of students, salaried persons and businessmen. “The results suggest that behavioural biases are important in financial decisions. Many respondents are overconfident in their ability to predict market performance, are loss averse and want to avoid risk investments, and show herd behavior.” Moreover, psychological elements like risk perception and problem framing have a profound influence on the appraisal of investment possibilities. “The findings also indicate that financial literacy can lessen these biases, but does not eradicate them.” “The results have implications for investors, financial advisors, and even policymakers, and highlight the need for behavioral awareness in making better financial decisions and encouraging more efficient market behavior (Thaler, 2016).” Overall, the study reinforces the notion that behavioral finance offers a more realistic and complete view of financial decision making than do traditional models.

The Azerbaijani language, as one of the languages belonging to the Turkic language family, has a rich dialectal structure formed throughout its historical development. Azerbaijani dialects and subdialects reflect the linguistic, historical, geographical, and cultural characteristics of different regions of Azerbaijan. This article examines the main features of Azerbaijani dialects and subdialects, focusing on their phonetic, lexical, morphological, and syntactic characteristics. The study also discusses the factors that contributed to the formation and development of regional speech varieties, including geographical conditions, historical migration, social relations, and interaction with neighboring languages. Particular attention is paid to the differences between literary Azerbaijani and regional speech forms. The preservation and systematic study of dialectal features are important for understanding the historical development of the Azerbaijani language and protecting national cultural heritage. The analysis demonstrates that Azerbaijani dialects and subdialects constitute an important part of the linguistic richness of the Azerbaijani language and provide valuable material for comparative, historical, and sociolinguistic research.

This working paper examines the relationship between legal authority and effective institutional capacity in maritime diplomacy. It asks why international commitments can remain weakly implemented despite agreement and identifies institutional asymmetry as a framework for investigating that gap. The analysis distinguishes authority, expertise, resources, administrative continuity and operational capability, examining how their unequal distribution affects cooperation between States and international organisations.
The paper develops a provisional argument that maritime diplomacy contributes to implementation by connecting commitments with competent institutions and the capabilities required for performance. It considers how national administrations, specialised international bodies and diplomatic relationships organise decisions concerning maritime governance. Particular attention is given to the distinction between adopting rules, implementing obligations and securing compliance.
Rather than treating institutional inequality as a predetermined explanation of failure, the paper examines the conditions under which different capabilities can support complementary roles. It also recognises that political resistance may obstruct cooperation even where procedures and resources are adequate.
The contribution is an analytical foundation for subsequent research on maritime law, enforcement, environmental responsibility and institutional reform. The paper proposes assessing diplomatic effectiveness through identifiable decisions and observable conduct, while reserving broader theoretical claims for comparative testing and fuller engagement with existing scholarship.
