Over the last fifteen years, Brazilian scientific production has undergone a significant expansion, making the understanding of this ecosystem a strategic challenge for the country's informational sovereignty. This study analyzes what could be called the Structure of Brazilian Science, covering the period from 2010 to 2025 using data from the OpenAlex platform, confronting production volume with the real citation impact generated by various fields of knowledge. Through the processing of nearly 1.5 million records, the results reveal an asymmetric architecture: while Social Sciences lead in production volume (373,871 articles), Medicine concentrates the highest academic prestige, with 4,508,453 total citations (29.1% of the analyzed impact). Physics and Astronomy, despite lower production, achieves the highest impact efficiency, with 28.8 citations per paper. The open data infrastructure of OpenAlex enabled a more transparent, comprehensive, and sovereign diagnosis of national production. It is concluded that the numerical growth in publications does not guarantee uniform recognition across fields, reinforcing the need for evaluation metrics sensitive to the specific dynamics of each scientific field.Conference abstract published in the proceedings of TOI2026 — XII Congresso Internacional em Tecnologia e Organização da Informação. The growing recognition of data as strategic assets for knowledge production, innovation and decision-making has increased interest in approaches aimed at their organization, protection and responsible use. In this context, Data Governance (DG) and Research Data Management (RDM) stand out as fields that, although they have distinct origins, objectives, and applications, share concerns related to data quality, security, access and sharing. This study is guided by the question of the extent to which ethics constitutes an articulating component between these two fields. Its main objective is to analyze the connections between DG and RDM, focusing on the ethical dimensions related to data use, sharing, protection and security. This exploratory study adopts a qualitative approach and is based on a literature review. It examines the concepts of DG and RDM in order to understand the ethical implications involved in each field. Subsequently, it identifies convergences related to the definition of policies, responsibilities, and practices aimed at data organization, protection, and sharing. The findings indicate that both approaches regard data as strategic resources capable of generating scientific, economic, technological, and social value, thereby requiring management and security mechanisms. The study concludes that ethics operates as a cross-cutting dimension in both DG and RDM, serving as an articulating axis capable of mediating tensions between openness and restriction, transparency and confidentiality, and scientific and commercial interests, while also guiding decisions related to data protection, intellectual property, and social responsibility. Thus, ethics emerges as a principle for responsible data use in scientific and organizational contexts.Conference abstract published in the proceedings of TOI2026 — XII Congresso Internacional em Tecnologia e Organização da Informação. This software package provides an executable demonstration of a reproducible computational framework for selecting and prioritizing road-safety countermeasures for Vehicle Occupants. The workflow combines a controlled Vehicle Occupant risk baseline, reversible unit countermeasure scenarios, multicriteria ranking, deterministic weight scenarios, Monte Carlo sensitivity analysis, budget-constrained portfolio construction, and recalculation of the combined After scenario.
The package is organized into 12 Python modules covering input validation, speed and traffic processing, risk-factor handling, calculation of six Vehicle Occupant crash-type components, total Star Rating Score calculation, spatial smoothing, Star Rating assignment, countermeasure eligibility, multicriteria ranking, robustness analysis, portfolio construction, and combined After recalculation. The implementation includes four deterministic weighting scenarios and 1,000 Dirichlet weight simulations using a reproducible random seed.
A synthetic controlled dataset containing 20 road segments is included to demonstrate the complete software workflow. The package also provides a controlled countermeasure catalogue, verified demonstration rules, configuration files, automated tests, reference outputs, SHA-256 file inventories, separate code and data licenses, and documentation describing execution and methodological scope.
The software applies a corrected quadratic speed factor evaluated in miles per hour, includes the Zero Star category for Vehicle Occupant SRS values greater than 45, treats countermeasure costs as relative coefficients, and recalculates the combined After scenario instead of estimating portfolio benefit through a naive sum of unit effects.
This release is intended for methodological inspection, education, software testing, and adaptation to other appropriately structured datasets. The included synthetic dataset demonstrates the computational contract but does not reproduce the complete numerical results of the associated 292-segment San Juan case study. The San Juan road data and the original ViDA-derived countermeasure catalogue are not distributed in this package because their redistribution conditions must be considered separately.
This software is an independent research and educational implementation. It is not official iRAP or ViDA software, does not reproduce the complete functionality of those platforms, and must not be used to produce accredited iRAP assessments. Users are responsible for verifying input data, transformation rules, countermeasure applicability, cost assumptions, and engineering feasibility before applying the framework in practice.

The article analyses the problem of differentiating oligophrenia (disorder of intellectual development) from other disorders of mental development. The study is theoretical and analytical: using the comparative-typological method, it examines the ICD-10, ICD-11, DSM-5-TR and AAIDD classifications together with classical sources of special education. As a result, a four-dimensional system of differential criteria is substantiated: totality of the defect, its hierarchical structure, the dynamics of the disorder and learning capacity. On this basis a comparative table and a five-stage differential algorithm are proposed, allowing the delimitation of oligophrenia, delayed psychological development, pedagogical neglect, severe speech disorders, autism spectrum disorders, secondary underdevelopment in sensory impairment and dementia. The practical value lies in reducing diagnostic errors in the work of psychological-medical-pedagogical commissions.

This study aims to systematically review and evaluate the experimental instruments used to measure cognitive biases in financial decision-making, examining their methodological characteristics and implications for the comparability and transparency of behavioral evidence. Following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, a systematic review covered the period from 1990 to 2025 and yielded a final corpus of 70 studies. The analysis employed a three-component framework: descriptive extraction (C1), methodological robustness assessment (D1), and procedural reporting audit (E1). Inter-rater agreement was assessed using Cohen’s Kappa. Association and temporal analyses incorporated the Holm adjustment for multiple comparisons.
Experimental tasks and simulations accounted for 94.3% of the studies. The methodological dimensions exhibited heterogeneous profiles: several criteria predominantly received High classifications, although five showed severe ceiling effects, while explicitly documented reliability evidence remained limited and reporting of procedural practices varied across studies. Sensitivity analysis indicated that the methodological profile remained heterogeneous after excluding the five criteria affected by severe ceiling effects from the integrative interpretation.
None of the eight contrasts provided sufficient statistical evidence after the Holm adjustment, although some revealed relevant descriptive patterns and association magnitudes. The review relies on the information reported in the primary studies and on the search and eligibility criteria applied. The C1–D1–E1 framework was developed specifically for this review and has not undergone external validation.
More systematic documentation of measurement properties and procedural practices may strengthen the transparency, comparability, and reproducibility of experimental research in behavioral finance. The study shifts attention from which cognitive biases researchers examine to how they measure such biases experimentally, integrating descriptive extraction, methodological assessment, and procedural auditing. It also provides an empirical foundation for a conceptual proposal encompassing technological, measurement and statistical, and ethical transparency.

Rapid and reliable identification of Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) tags is essential for time-critical applications. In scenarios such as high-speed manufacturing, automated sorting systems, and retail inventory, large tag densities frequently compromise the efficiency of the RFID system. Existing anti-collision protocols suffer from large latency, to avoid simultaneous transmissions and to recover collided data. Given the recent advances on counting algorithms and on readers decoding capabilities, this work proposes a novel mechanism to acknowledge multiple tags simultaneously and accelerate the identification process. Simulation results show a latency reduction of up to 95%, depending on the scenario.
