Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in economic development, particularly in regional contexts such as Lubuklinggau City. However, regional MSMEs frequently encounter challenges in resource management, digital adoption, and strategic decision-making. Grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this study proposes an integrated conceptual framework to explain how an MSME Strengthening Strategy and Economic Literacy drive Business Performance through the mediating role of Digital Marketing Capability. In this model, the MSME Strengthening Strategy (encompassing capacity building, business capability, and market access) and Economic Literacy (financial management, business planning, and economic decision-making) serve as organizational and knowledge-based antecedents. Digital Marketing Capability (utilizing social media, marketplaces, and online promotions) acts as a transformational mechanism that converts resources and knowledge into multidimensional business outcomes, including sales growth, profitability, customer loyalty, and business sustainability. To empirically validate the proposed framework, a quantitative explanatory design using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is outlined for a sample of at least 200 registered MSMEs in Lubuklinggau City. This framework provides theoretical insights into the resource–knowledge–capability–performance transformation and offers practical guidance for designing integrated regional MSME development programs.

The four related MaxQuant 2.8.1.0 (MaxDIA) output tables of one search of the ProteoBench entrapment module — evidence.txt, peptides.txt, modificationSpecificPeptides.txt and proteinGroups.txt — together with the mqpar.xml MaxQuant wrote to the txt folder and the runs' sdrf.tsv. Three Astral DIA runs (LFQ_Astral_DIA_15min_50ng_Human_01–03) searched against ProteoBenchFASTA_Entrapment_Human_with_contaminants_entrapment_pep.fasta. The tables share MaxQuant's ID columns (Evidence IDs, Peptide IDs, Mod. peptide IDs, Protein group IDs), so the peptide, peptidoform and protein levels join to the ion level. Deposited as a checksummed, gzip-compressed mirror so that multi-table conversion tests of APB (AnnData Proteomics Bridge) download a stable copy. 6 files, 136 MB uncompressed; manifest.tsv carries sizes, MD5 and SHA-256. We derive an explicit polynomial characterization of the ultraviolet fixed point of Quantum Distortion Gravity (QDG) in the minimal truncation. Eliminating the dimensionless Newton coupling $\tilde G$ from the fixed-point equations $\beta_{\tilde G}=0$ and $\beta_\lambda=0$ via resultants yields a polynomial $P(\lambda; n_f)$ of degree $7$ in the cosmological coupling $\lambda$, with coefficients that depend explicitly on the number of Dirac fermions $n_f$. The physical fixed point corresponds to a specific real root of $P$. We show that this root exists only for $n_f \leq n_f^{\rm crit} = 4.896577961599$, where the critical value is determined by the vanishing of the denominator $1-\tilde G^* B(\lambda^*)$ of the gravitational anomalous dimension. For $n_f > n_f^{\rm crit}$, the only real root in the physical range has $\tilde G^* < 0$, corresponding to repulsive gravity, and is not a physical fixed point. The Standard Model matter content ($n_f = 3$) is safely below the bound, with a margin of about $1.9$ fermion generations. We discuss the physical interpretation, the mechanism of the transition, and the limitations of the minimal truncation.

Abstract
As a key manifestation of the diversity of human culture, the protection and inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) projects have become a global focus of cross-cultural exchange. Shandong Province, rooted in Yellow-River and Confucian civilizations, possesses abundant and diverse ICH resources. Nevertheless, high-context cultural realia, dialect-loaded expressions and insufficient targeted international communication channels create substantial barriers for its global outreach. Adopting literature analysis and qualitative case-study methods, this paper investigates the status quo of English translation for Shandong ICH, the practical affordances and limitations of artificial intelligence within translation-dissemination workflows, as well as collaborative mechanisms between machine systems and human translators. Findings demonstrate that artificial intelligence can greatly improve textual processing efficiency and expand multimodal dissemination channels, yet automated systems tend to produce a “cultural discount” effect when confronted with region-specific connotations; human expert intervention remains irreplaceable for safeguarding cultural authenticity. Targeting folk customs, performing arts, handicrafts and culinary heritage, this thesis proposes operable human-AI collaborative strategies, offering empirical reference for the global communication of regional Chinese intangible cultural heritage.

Hydroclimatic dataset for four pilot basins in Mexico: Cutzamala, Lerma–Santiago (split into three operational units: Upper Lerma, Bajío and Santiago), Pánuco and Upper Balsas, built from open data of the Hydrological Information System (SIH) of the National Water Commission (CONAGUA) and the CEM 3.0 elevation model of the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI).Version v2026.10 integrates 547 hydrometric and 2,659 climatological stations with their original daily series (streamflow and water level; precipitation, maximum, minimum and mean temperature, and evaporation). The canonical tables contain 10,390,144 and 55,590,466 station-days over the full record; within the 2010–2025 reference window, 815,348 days carry a streamflow value and 6,532,136 a precipitation value. 101 hydrometric stations have at least 60% original observations in 2010–2025 (95 of them inside a pilot unit) and 415 climatological stations at least 80%. Every station-day carries a quality flag (0 original; 1 linearly interpolated inside an internal gap of 1–6 days, streamflow only; 2 flagged and retained: streamflow or precipitation outliers and climatological values outside physical limits). 93 selected hydrometric stations are linked to their HydroRIVERS v1.0 reach and upstream area, and a digital elevation model clipped from CEM 3.0 is provided for each of the six pilot units.Changes from v2026.06 are listed in CHANGELOG.md inside the archive: verified station and observation counts, duplicated station-days removed, maximum and minimum temperature recovered for the stations where they were missing (23,459,380 and 23,459,380 values; the source files were read with the wrong text encoding), 24 climatological values outside physical limits flagged, linear gap filling instead of cubic spline (precipitation is no longer interpolated), the automatically delineated sub-basin polygons withdrawn after validation against HydroRIVERS and replaced by the station–reach link, feature table in physical units, and figures renumbered Fig1–Fig7.The archive also contains the code (src/, scripts/, tests/, conf/), so every product and figure can be regenerated from it. Source code and pipeline: https://github.com/pantrok/hidroxai-mx (MIT).The dataset is directly reusable for explainable forecasting of hydrometric levels, fuzzy rules, drought analysis, and water resource planning.

Biomedical innovation concentrates in a small number of cities, where diverse innovation trajectories are woven into dense networks. We examine why some cities are able to convert external linkages into subsequent innovation while others are not. We develop network metrics that compare the distribution of a city’s partners across layers and help distinguish substantive relational patterns from the greater patenting and connectivity of larger cities. We then use two-way fixed-effects regressions to estimate how relational breadth and cross-layer alignment are associated with subsequent innovation across industry-chain segments.
