Микроскопическое исследование тканей позволяет выявить клеточную инфильтрацию, сосудистые изменения, деструкцию паренхимы, фиброз, атрофию и другие структурные нарушения, имеющие диагностическое и прогностическое значение. Целью исследования является изучить основные гистоморфологические изменения тканей при системных аутоиммунных заболеваниях и определить взаимосвязь выраженности морфологических изменений с клинической активностью заболевания. В качестве исследования рассмотрены биопсийные материалы пациентов с системной красной волчанкой, ревматоидным артритом, системной склеродермией и синдромом Шегрена. Для морфологической оценки могут использоваться окраска гематоксилином и эозином, иммуногистохимическое исследование, прямая иммунофлуоресценция, а при поражении почек — световая, иммунофлуоресцентная и электронная микроскопия. В исследуемой выборке наиболее выраженные морфологические изменения наблюдались при системной красной волчанке с поражением почек и системной склеродермии. Для ревматоидного артрита характерными признаками являлись гиперплазия синовиальной оболочки, лимфо-макрофагальная инфильтрация и сосудистые изменения. При синдроме Шегрена доминировали очаговая лимфоцитарная инфильтрация слюнных желез, атрофия ацинусов и расширение протоков. При системной склеродермии выявлялись утолщение дермы, накопление коллагена, фиброз и изменения микроциркуляторного русла

One way to evaluate the success of ecological restoration is by assessing changes in vegetation characteristics and biodiversity. Epiphytic bromeliads are an important component of plant diversity in the tropical Andes; however, their community assembly may be influenced by host-tree traits, forest structure, and dispersal processes. We assessed the richness, abundance, and composition of epiphytic bromeliads, along with host-tree characteristics and forest structure, in forests undergoing active and passive restoration in the central Colombian Andes. Our objectives were to evaluate the responses of epiphytic bromeliad communities to different restoration strategies and to determine the relative importance of niche- and dispersal-related processes in shaping community assembly. We found differences in epiphytic bromeliad communities among restoration strategies, with actively restored forests containing both exotic and native tree species supporting the highest bromeliad richness and abundance. Host-tree characteristics strongly drove bromeliad richness and abundance, with larger, more highly branched trees supporting more bromeliad species and individuals. Host-tree characteristics also influenced community composition; however, dispersal processes explained a greater proportion of compositional variation than forest structure. Overall, our results indicate that restoration strategies implemented in the tropical Andes of Colombia can contribute to the conservation and recovery of epiphytic bromeliad communities. Future restoration efforts should prioritize tree species and structural characteristics that facilitate the establishment of bromeliad propagules, while enhancing connectivity among restored forests to promote dispersal and community recovery.

 This article discusses the stylistic features of the verb category in the Karakalpak language, its possibilities of use in various functional styles, and its role in shaping the content and expressiveness of speech. The verb is not only a grammatical unit expressing action and state, but also an important tool in determining the dynamics, emotional-expressiveness, clarity, and communicative purpose of the text. The article analyzes the use of verbs in colloquial, artistic, scientific, official-departmental, and journalistic styles in a comparative manner. It is also shown that the purposeful selection of verb forms serves to clearly convey the content of the text, ensure the coherence of thoughts, and increase the impact on the reader.

Penelitian ini mengkaji penggunaan bahasa kiasan dalam lirik lagu terpilih dari album Malibu Nights karya LANY dalam kajian linguistik, khususnya pada bidang semantik. Bahasa kiasan digunakan dalam lirik lagu untuk menyampaikan makna secara tidak langsung serta mengekspresikan pengalaman emosional melalui bahasa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis bahasa kiasan yang digunakan dalam lirik lagu terpilih serta menganalisis makna afektif yang terkandung di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi dari enam lagu terpilih, yaitu Thru These Tears, Malibu Nights, Valentine’s Day, I Don’t Wanna Love You Anymore, Taking Me Back, dan Thick and Thin. Data dianalisis berdasarkan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Perrine danArp (1996) serta Leech (1981). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat sebelas data bahasa kiasan yang ditemukan dalam lirik, yang diklasifikasikan ke dalam lima jenis, yaitu metafora, simile, personifikasi, hiperbola, dan simbol. Analisis makna afektif menunjukkan bahwa ungkapanungkapan bahasa kiasan tersebut mencerminkan berbagai pengalaman emosional seperti kesedihan, patah hati, kehilangan, kerinduan, kekecewaan, dan pergulatan batin. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa bahasa kiasan berfungsi sebagai strategi semantik untuk menyampaikan pengalaman emosional secara tidak langsung dalam lirik lagu. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada kajian semantik, khususnya dalam memahami hubungan antara bahasa kiasan dan makna afektif dalam lirik lagu, serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi penelitian linguistik selanjutnya.
