Code accompanying the manuscript "Relative density is not transferable between scales: geometric compliance, material compliance, and what a compression test identifies in hierarchical thin-walled structures" (G. O. Romero-Suárez, D. F. Villegas-Bermúdez, J. D. Romero-Durán, Universidad Industrial de Santander).
Multiscale models of hierarchical porous solids routinely combine a finite-element stiffness computed on a reconstructed geometry with a cellular-solid scaling law evaluated at a relative density measured on that same reconstruction. Because the discrete structural operator is homogeneous of degree one in the constitutive tensor, the compliance of the reconstruction's shape is already carried by the operator, and the scaling law counts that shape a second time. This repository reproduces every number and figure supporting that result.
It provides: fitted hexahedral meshing of binary voxel arrays; apparent stiffness under kinematic (KUBC) and mixed (MUBC) uniform boundary conditions; an incompatible-mode hexahedron for the shear-locking correction; three computable criteria deciding whether a reconstructed volume admits homogenization (KUBC/MUBC divergence, opposite-face area asymmetry governing the well-posedness of static uniform conditions, and a unique-section count detecting prismatic reconstructions); the substituted-tensor composition that replaces the biased closed-form series; and a synthetic two-scale benchmark with ground truth, on which the substituted-tensor composition reproduces the fully resolved response to within 0.2 % while the double-counted attribution errs by up to 99 %.
Pure Python (NumPy, SciPy, PyAMG, Matplotlib). No mesh generator, CAD kernel or commercial solver. Run python run_all.py. The elytral reconstruction of Phloeodes diabolicus is not redistributed and is available from the corresponding author; the synthetic benchmark requires no input data.
Keywords: scale separation; representative volume element; apparent properties; Hill bounds; cellular solids; computational homogenization.

Simulation code, fixed random seeds, deterministic tests, and generated numerical outputs (CSV data, figures, and LaTeX result tables) reproducing every number, table, and figure in the paper "Ultimate Ruin under a Temporary Adverse Phase: Renewal Effects, Heavy Tails, and Bridge Capital" by Wei Zhu (University of Groningen). The package studies a one-way two-phase renewal risk model in which an adverse underwriting phase ends after an independent recovery time and the insurer then enters a profitable absorbing phase. It provides a fixed-seed conditional Monte Carlo estimator (unbiased for any adverse-claim law), a
closed-form Poisson/exponential benchmark, and nine deterministic checks. Environment: Python 3.12.10, NumPy 2.5.1, SciPy 1.18.0, Matplotlib 3.11.0. To reproduce: `pip install -r requirements.txt`, then `python code/run_analysis.py --n 500000` and `python code/test_analysis.py`.

Abstract :
Ethical leadership has emerged over the past two decades as an autonomous construct in organizational behavior research. While several meta-analyses have established the strength of its relationship with employee outcomes, the literature remains fragmented regarding the theoretical frameworks and mechanisms that explain this relationship. This article therefore addresses the following research question: to what extent does a supervisor's ethical conduct influence employees' attitudes and behaviors, and through which mechanisms does this influence operate? To answer it, the article conducts a systematized review following an explicit protocol. Seven publisher and citation databases were searched using a query combining the construct with employees' observable behaviors. A purposive selection of the most central works in the field, subject to four cumulative inclusion criteria including the verification of references at the source, led to twenty-two works, including thirteen primary empirical studies and three meta-analyses. Each work was then coded along four dimensions: type of work, theoretical framework, level of analysis, and class of behavior. The results show that Social Learning Theory, Social Exchange Theory, and Social Identity Theory explain this influence, which is transmitted through ethical climate, trust in the supervisor, and moral identity to employees' behaviors and organizational commitment. The literature converges on the existence of a positive relationship but remains constrained by four limitations: challenges of causal inference, the predominance of cross-sectional self-reported measures, conceptual overlap with related leadership styles, and insufficiently established cross-cultural validity. The article proposes an integrative model and a research agenda.
