Code and derived data accompanying the paper "Are LLM Agent Leaderboards Reliable? A Survey and Multi-Run Analysis of Agent Reliability Evaluation". Contains the leaderboard census (item-sampling and fixed-task rerun bounds over 22 public agent leaderboards; derived per-entry statistics only), the Terminal-Bench 2.0 multi-run analysis, and a small pinned harness illustration. S17 — Friesea woyciechowskii
This report summarises the Antarctic distribution (south of 60°S) of Friesea woyciechowskii Weiner, 1980 (Neanuridae, Poduromorpha), a Collembola species in South Shetland and South Orkney Islands and the Antarctic Peninsula, and assesses the representation of its occurrence records and occupied habitats within Antarctic Specially Protected Areas (ASPAs).
The report includes: species overview and taxonomy; mapped distribution with Extent of Occurrence and Area of Occupancy estimates following IUCN (2024); habitat classification using the Tier 3 ecosystem typology of Tóth et al. (2025); species occurrence and habitat representation within ASPAs, including type localities; and species-specific conservation recommendations.
This is one of 22 species reports in a series assessing the representation of Antarctic Collembola in the ASPA network. Compiled using data current to 9th January 2025.
The species report is intended to be kept up to date. Revised editions will be published as new versions of this record as further occurrence records and taxonomic revisions become available; the associated DOI will always resolve to the most recent version.

S7 — Cryptopygus cisantarcticus
This report summarises the Antarctic distribution (south of 60°S) of Cryptopygus cisantarcticus Wise, 1967 (Isotomidae, Entomobryomorpha), a Collembola species in North Victoria Land, and assesses the representation of its occurrence records and occupied habitats within Antarctic Specially Protected Areas (ASPAs).
The report includes: species overview and taxonomy; putative cryptic species; mapped distribution with Extent of Occurrence and Area of Occupancy estimates following IUCN (2024); habitat classification using the Tier 3 ecosystem typology of Tóth et al. (2025); species occurrence and habitat representation within ASPAs, including type localities; and species-specific conservation recommendations.

This repository facilitates reproduction of the figures from the manuscript "Sugar-rich foods exacerbate antibiotic-induced microbiome disruption", built from a small set of de-identified released tables. Every panel is rebuilt by a numbered R script that reads only from released_data/ and writes one PDF per panel.Scripts are organised by analysis family rather than by printed figure: expensive Bayesian models are fit once and cached, then consumed by the panels that need them. The inputs needed for figure generation are available, including de-identified patient-level clinical-outcome and medication tables. The accompanying article is published in Nature: https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-026-11077-3.
