We classify exactly when \(N_{d,e}(n)^2\) is palfree, meaning that its decimal representation contains no contiguous palindromic factor of length at least two. The proof uses an exact base-\(10^9\) decomposition in which the variable part consists of two repeated block bands. A local criterion reduces palfreeness to the exclusion of factors of the forms \(aa\) and \(aba\), and a repeated-block lemma shows that the infinite part stabilizes in every residue class modulo \(9\). The remaining finite certificate is checked by exact integer arithmetic. For each of the \(90\) parameter pairs \((d,e)\) there is a set \(\mathcal R_{d,e} \subseteq \{0,\ldots,8\}\) such that, for every \(n \ge 4\), the square is palfree if and only if \(n \bmod 9 \in \mathcal R_{d,e}\). Quantum mechanics as usually understood requires every history in Feynman's sum to cross each instant of time exactly once, running forward; the direction of time thus enters as a condition on the histories rather than as a consequence of anything observed. In this paper we examine what follows when the condition is withdrawn. A history may turn in time, with an amplitude per unit time fixed by a constant $\Delta$ characteristic of the field, and the forward direction of time is defined, operationally, as the direction in which an experiment's absorbers absorb. From these two postulates, for the electron with its spin in three spatial dimensions, one conservation law follows -the signed pairing between the prepared state and the absorbed state is independent of the intermediate time -and from it the two-time probability rule, weak values, and the rule of Born are derived rather than postulated. The turn lowers the electron's mass and hides behind it exactly: the theory at fixed $\Delta$ is a constant rotation of a two-valued label, carrying the free electron and the electron in any electromagnetic field onto a Dirac electron of mass $\sqrt{m^2-\Delta^2}$, so that no free measurement bounds $\Delta$ and every ordinary intensity is even in it. The turn is exposed only to an instrument that is not in its ground state: a population-inverted screen behind a double slit, dark in the ordinary theory, on which the strand of the electron running against time interferes with itself.  The correlations between distant measurements are carried by local histories fixed at both ends, which is not action at a distance. The architecture utilizes a high-tensile structural core synthesized from agricultural byproducts—specifically micro-fibrillated sugarcane bagasse cellulose and a hydrophobic, tannic-acid cross-linked milk-casein protein matrix. This organic backbone is structurally reinforced with amorphous nanosilica derived from sugarcane bagasse ash and rendered flame-retardant via integrated ammonium phosphate. Electrically, the ribbon drops traditional low-frequency high-joule shock pulses in favor of high-frequency, capacitive microsecond high-voltage bursts that eliminate thermal dissipation and prevent internal matrix burnout (pyrolysis). This dataset supports the study “Multiscale Geometric Diagnostics of Full-Scale Cylindrical Steel Silos Using Terrestrial Laser Scanning”. The record contains processed, analysis-ready terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) data acquired for seven full-scale cylindrical steel silos. The dataset includes section-level XYV data used for geometric-axis and cross-sectional analyses, shell-only point clouds containing three-dimensional coordinates and radial deviations from fitted reference cylinders, derived numerical results in CSV format. The data support three complementary levels of geometric assessment: (1) global geometric-axis trajectory and inclination, (2) harmonic characterization of cross-sectional non-circularity for orders n = 2–8, and (3) full-surface radial-deviation analysis relative to reference cylinders fitted using a two-stage least-squares procedure. One silo, B3, was surveyed in two campaigns (2019 and 2025), enabling multi-epoch comparison of axis geometry, harmonic characteristics, and full-surface radial-deviation fields. The shared point clouds represent processed shell-only datasets after registration, filtering, removal of non-shell structural elements, and spatial subsampling. They are intended to reproduce the analyses reported in the associated manuscript and do not constitute the original raw scanner acquisitions.Radial deviations are expressed in millimetres. Positive values indicate points located outward from the reference cylinder and negative values indicate points located toward the cylinder axis. Quantitative H–θ surface comparisons use measured data only; interpolation of small gaps is used for visualization only and is not included in quantitative statistics.

Bu çalışmada tarih eğitiminin modern Türkiye’deki serüveni üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışma; müfredat (öğretim programı), ders kitapları ve konuya ilişkin yapılmış akademik yayınlardan hareketle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Türkiye’de tarih eğitiminin II. Meşrutiyet’ten bugüne kadar “iktidar”ın “meşrûiyet” araçlarından biri olarak tanımlandığı görülmüştür. Bu tanım Türk tarihyazımındaki gibi bir sınıflamayla; II. Meşrutiyet’le başlayan süreçte “İslam-Türk Sentezi”, Cumhuriyetle birlikte “Türk Tarih Tezi”, 1960’lardan sonra “Türk-İslam Sentezi”, 2007’den sonra ise “yeni dönem” başlıkları çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Yüzyıllık süreçte tarih müfredat ve ders kitaplarında çok köklü değişiklikler yaşanmıştır. Bu değişikliklerin; devirlerin siyasî, ekonomik ve kültürel yapılanmalarıyla çok yakından ilgili olduğu söylenebilir. Bunun dışında Türkiye’deki tarih müfredat ve ders kitaplarındaki yapının tarihyazımını, tarihyazımının da Türkiye’deki tarih eğitimini derinden etkilediğini de eklemek gerekir. Türkiye’de 1940’lardan itibaren tarih eğitimi alanında eserler verilmesine rağmen, bu alanın akademik bir disiplin olarak 1990’lardan sonra geliştiği görülmüştür. Bunda Gazi Üniversitesi’ndeki Tarih Eğitimi kürsüsünün ve Tarih Vakfı çevresinin yaptığı organizasyonların büyük katkısı olmuştur. Bu merkezlerin etkisi ile 2005 sonrası müfredat yenileme çalışmaları ve yeni ders kitabı yazım süreçleri çok daha pedagojik olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğretmen eğitiminde önemli adımlar atılmıştır. Sonuçta bugün Türkiye’de tarih eğitiminin geçmiş dönemlere göre program, ders kitapları, öğretim metotları açısından çağdaş anlamda dünya standartlarına yönelik bir gelişme içinde olduğu söylenebilir.
