Dataset accompanying the paper "MRI-Informed Multi-cluster Beamforming for Uterine and Bladder Source Separation in Low-Channel Electrohysterography". It contains 20 sessions from 14 healthy volunteers (11 female, 3 male; four women contributed 2–3 sessions each), recorded with simultaneous 8-channel transabdominal electrohysterography (EHG) and dynamic multi-echo EPI MRI.
Contents:(1) sessions/<subject>/<session>/session_data.npz — the EHG recording (8 channels, MRI-gradient artifacts removed, sampling rate stored per session), the 3D electrode coordinates, and the subject-specific uterus and bladder surfaces from manual T1w MRI segmentation (vertex point clouds; the uterus arrays are empty for the three male control sessions).(2) mri_signals/ — the bladder mechanical reference signal per session, extracted from the mean intensity of a manually drawn bladder region in the dynamic EPI series (TR ≈ 1.7 s): percent-signal-change (primary), multi-echo optimally combined, and vfrac variants, all detrended.(3) t1w_anatomy_summary.csv — sex and bladder volume per session.
Raw DICOM/EPI data and the EPI-space masks are not part of this release and are available from the authors on reasonable request. Session dates are replaced by sequential indices (ses-1, ses-2, …) within each participant, and no participant identifiers or participant-label mapping are included.

Cayratia pedata (Lam.) Juss. ex Gagnep. is a perennial woody climber distributed across tropical and subtropical regions of South and Southeast Asia. The species occurs in diverse habitats, including moist and dry deciduous forests, semi-evergreen and evergreen forests, thickets and coastal vegetation. In India, it has been reported from several states, including Odisha, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal and northeastern India. This review synthesizes available information on the taxonomy, morphology, distribution, ethnomedicinal significance, phytochemical composition, biological activities, molecular authentication and conservation status of C. pedata. Despite its relatively broad distribution, C. pedata is recognized as Vulnerable, highlighting the need for improved population-level information and conservation measures. Overall, the available evidence indicates that C. pedata is an ecologically important and medicinally valuable climber with significant phytochemical and pharmacological potential. Further field-based ecological studies, phytochemical characterization, mechanistic investigations, propagation studies and long-term conservation programmes are required to support its sustainable utilization and protection.

Introduction: The German-Italian X-band component of the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) in 2000 is commonly seen as the operational starting point for what is today’s German Satellite Data Archive (D-SDA), the national central infrastructure for archiving and accessing earth obersavation data. “Multimission” support by then was seen as foundation stone of an overall multilayered concept. For the anniversary, we want to share some key experiences, milestones and challenges of the “D-SDA environment” during 25 years of operations and reflect on benefits and drawbacks of the multimission concept.
Scale, heterogenity and continuity of operations: The data archived at the D-SDA from the SRTM Xband mission amounted to about 200 TB until 2003. In 2025 the D-SDA’s data stock grew by an average of 25 TB per day for comparison. The current data streams sum up from national (a.o. TerraSAR-X, TanDEM-X, EnMAP), European, and international missions (a.o. Sentinels and MetOp). The missions, supported on a single, constantly evolving technical infrastructure and with a modular data model, include radar, optical, hyperspectral and atmospheric sensors. Within D-SDA’s multimission approach, this means a constant integration of new missions into an existing environment already constrained by their predecessor’s needs andunder continuous innovation stress.
Changing user expectations as innovation driver: An archive that accepts data but does not allow it to be retreved in a useful way, is a dead end. The D-SDA began operations at a time, when delivering data carriers by post was still common practice. Today’s user community instead expects fast data download options with low barriers to access. AI-driven data exploitation is currently further accelerating the trend towards data platforms with large data pools immediately available.
Hardware - far more than keeping bytes and bits: Transition handling of storage media is a key hardware challenge: While power and cost savings remain important arguments in favor of tape archives, the declining market for this technology and resulting vendor lock-ins are the common counterarguments. Less obvious is the latency factor implied by the mounting and spooling of tapes, which contradicts the increasing user expectation of quick access even to infrequently requested datasets. With the increasing usage of Virtual Tape Libraries (VTL) technology, D-SDA follows a smooth technology transition from tapes to poweredoff hard discs, uniting advantages of both media. Currently, tapes are still seen as a solution for non-timecritical- access data, e.g. 2nd copies. Caches on common hard disc architecture complement the VTL approach on the other end, granting users fast access to datasets.
Software - an accelerating race against aging: From the outset, D-SDA relied on a distributed application services approach. This concept has proven effective for a continuous, step-wise adoption process to major technological innovation events. Examples are the consecutive migrations from physical servers over Solaris zones to Linux virtual machines and currently to Kubernetes clusters. The concept essentially allows the simultaneous operation of software from different eras that was developped for the requirements of different missions (e.g. TerraSAR is operational since 19 years). One drawback is that the effort required to adopt to changes in communication protocols and standards, implement new functionalities and meetemerging user requirements, naturally quantifies with the amount of software to operate. In addition, the growing importance of cybersecurity issues today is accelerating the aging of software.
Conclusion: The various highlights that have been shed on the different layers of the D-SDA architecture illustrate that the multimission concept pays off through the use of synergies, but at the same time comes at some cost: The nature of a long-time operational multimission concept per se largely forbids for any greenfield concepts. New missions must accept constraints eventually set years ago by others. Hence, speed of innovation is often hampered.
Positive synergies arise from the joint curation of completed and operational missions within the same hard- and software universe: Because all data remain part of the overall system, they automatically join and benefit from all innovation cycles their environment constantly undergoes. This provides a kind of intrinsic life insurance, especially for older data, keeping them largely accessible and usable for the scientific community.

Fasciola gigantica infection remains one of the most important parasitic diseases affecting carabaos (Bubalus bubalis) in the Philippines due to its detrimental effects on animal health, productivity, and the livestock industry. This study determined the prevalence of Fasciola gigantica infection and evaluated selected host- and management-related risk factors among carabaos in selected municipalities of Southern Cagayan. A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 1,079 randomly selected carabaos. Fecal samples were collected through rectal retrieval and examined using the formalin ethyl acetate sedimentation technique with methylene blue staining for the detection of Fasciola gigantica eggs. Data on the animals’ age, sex, breed, and feeding methods were collected using a structured questionnaire administered to the owners. The overall prevalence of Fasciola gigantica infection was 10.75% (116/1,079). Male carabaos exhibited a prevalence of 10.78%, while females had 10.70%, indicating minimal variation between sexes. Infection was detected in both native and Murrah breeds, with comparable prevalence rates. Age-related analysis showed that younger carabaos had higher infection rates than older animals, suggesting greater susceptibility among immature stock. Feeding methods, particularly grazing in communal and irrigated pastures, were identified as important management factors associated with parasite transmission. These findings demonstrate that age and feeding practices are important determinants of Fasciola gigantica infection and highlight the need for strategic deworming, improved pasture management, and regular parasitological surveillance to reduce fasciolosis and improve carabao health and productivity in Southern Cagayan.
