A theory has to be formed, explained and run. Each step invites a shortcut: counting generators as if they counted roles, treating “why” as one status, and treating a running program as the object it runs. For finite systems this paper replaces each shortcut by exact mathematics. Formation is a generation calculus in which records are produced from seeds and admitted providers by finite rules. On three finite instances with 10, 16 and 121 records, the least number of providers that generate every record is 0, 1 and 2, while all six role meanings of Six Birds Theory remain separately representable. Explanation is a typed receipt whose ingredients are defined independently. A constructed normalizer returns a receipt exactly when the submitted evidence packet is valid, and that receipt meets the requested grade exactly when the packet supports every requested obligation. Realization induces a finite system on a quotient, stores it as tables and runs it; when every gate holds, the run agrees with the original on every word and formula. Two systems on four states with the same public behavior at every horizon are not conjugate, so a public theory does not determine its dynamics. Most results are formalized in Lean 4, and the formalization section lists the exceptions.

Trained weights and calibrated decision thresholds for SOMAD (Southern Ocean Multispecies Acoustic Detector), a joint, dual-band CNN–BiGRU sequence tagger that scores eleven co-occurring Southern Ocean marine mammal call types — four baleen whale call types, Antarctic minke whale, humpback whale, four pinniped call types, and orca — from a single forward pass over a 60 s, full-bandwidth acoustic scene. Two independently learned convolutional towers (a linear-frequency 500 Hz sub-band and a mel-scale 32 kHz sub-band) are fused through a shared bidirectional GRU and classifier head, producing per-class detection scores at 0.5 s resolution.
This deposit contains best_model.pth (~1.9 GB, PyTorch state dict) and thresholds_joint_continuous.csv (per-class decision thresholds, calibrated on continuous overlap-stitched validation scores). The complexity of the contemporary informational environment, especially in the legal field, requires the development of skills related to information search, evaluation, and use. In this context, information literacy, combined with information mediation, plays a fundamental role in the education of law students. This study aims to analyze the contribution of a mediated practical research activity to the development of information literacy in jurisprudence research using the RT Virtual Library, conducted with trainees from the Legal Practice Center (NPJ). This is a qualitative, descriptive study, characterized as an experience report. The activity was carried out in a computer laboratory, mediated by a librarian, involving guided searches, application of filters, and analysis of results within the RT database. The findings indicate significant improvements in search strategies, critical evaluation of sources, and, notably, in the ability to locate, select, and interpret judicial decisions. It is concluded that information mediation, combined with the use of specialized digital databases, contributes to the development of more autonomous, critical, and professionally prepared law students.Conference abstract published in the proceedings of TOI2026 — XII Congresso Internacional em Tecnologia e Organização da Informação. This study analyzes the availability of Electronic Official Gazettes in 18 municipalities in the State of Bahia, Brazil, with more than 100,000 inhabitants, in accordance with the Access to Information Law (Law No. 12.527/2011). Using a descriptive methodology based on multiple case studies, checklist forms, and document analysis, it was found that Electronic Official Gazettes are predominantly outsourced to private companies, with no guarantees of digital preservation after contract termination. The results indicate weaknesses in the integrity and transparency of the documents, posing risks to municipal administrative memory. A comparative analysis with international models revealed critical deficiencies in digital preservation. It is concluded that municipal governments do not prioritize the conservation of Electronic Official Gazettes, compromising public access to historical information and indicating the adoption of preservation frameworks, such as the Open Archival Information System (OAIS).Conference abstract published in the proceedings of TOI2026 — XII Congresso Internacional em Tecnologia e Organização da Informação. When parts are joined into a larger whole, the whole can lose what a part distinguished, and when two parts change each other it can be unclear whether they built something together. This paper makes three such steps exact on one finite system, the 944-state feedback network of Verified IX. Part I encloses the network in a whole that keeps every part's readout. A readout is recovered exactly when it is constant on the fibers of the whole, and a law of the whole exists exactly when admitted actions and pushed transition rows are constant on those fibers; local agreement alone does not suffice, since 464 of the 1,408 locally compatible assemblies are not admitted states. In Part II two partners each build a new encoder or decoder (a codec) from the other's actual returned artifact, and one finite checker, the Mutual Ontogenesis Certificate, verifies the whole episode on a single initialized system. Part III gives a typed categorical host in which squares of routes paste exactly, a square can carry a checked book of its execution, and inexact squares carry a total-variation grade; an adapter that preserves denotations and can be read back generator by generator preserves and reflects both exactness and grades.

Digital mass communication has been used by politicians in democratic contexts around the world as a permanent campaign tool during their term in office. Online social networks are part of the daily political lives of voters. This paper analyzes the relationships between the digital mass communication of politicians and the public and/or voters through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, from the perspective of computer-mediated communication (CMC) in the field of political communication. The article is a theoretical reflection on CDMC in political communication that examines visual and discursive aspects of online narrative as relevant to political communication. Insofar as the relationship established between the politician's CDMC and the public/voter is part of the composition of citizens' choice of politicians in democratic elections, it is understood that, with Artificial Intelligence (AI), this relationship between the politician and the public/voter can be defining for the course of representative democracy.Conference abstract published in the proceedings of TOI2026 — XII Congresso Internacional em Tecnologia e Organização da Informação. This study analyzes communication within the Brazilian Judiciary as a barrier to access to justice in the context of digital transformation, focusing on the potential of generative artificial intelligence as a tool to support the simplification of legal language. The research adopts a qualitative and exploratory approach, based on bibliographic and documentary review, complemented by the analysis of data from a previous study conducted by the author. Using content analysis, categories were identified related to difficulties in understanding legal language, lack of standardization in communication, and limited access to clear and accessible information. The results show that, despite the expansion of digital judicial services, communication barriers persist and affect the effectiveness of access to justice. In this context, generative artificial intelligence emerges as a strategic tool for translating legal content into accessible language, contributing to the democratization of information and the strengthening of citizenship. It is concluded that improving communication, combined with the use of AI-based technologies, is essential to ensure effective access to justice in a digital society.Conference abstract published in the proceedings of TOI2026 — XII Congresso Internacional em Tecnologia e Organização da Informação.
