This dataset provides data and Python scripts supporting “Can Telecommunication Dark Fiber Sense Ground Deformation? Mechanical Coupling Governs Strain Observability” by Cheng-Cheng Zhang and Bin Shi.
The tables contain elementary cable-test peak strains, integrated extension and strain-transfer curves from controlled cable tests, laser-target displacements from a large-scale soil model, smoothed OFDR strain profiles from four soil-shear sensing configurations, paired strain-response ratios and sensitivity results, and processed BOTDR profiles and metrics from installed-cable transverse loading. Supplementary tables include selected late soil profiles, field comparison curves, and a separate 1-m-sampled field diagnostic.
The plotting scripts reproduce the data panels of Figures 1–4 and the data figures S2–S5 as PDF, SVG and PNG files. The scripts use the supplied processed tables directly. The deposit comprises 23 UTF-8 CSV tables, plotting annotation values, plotting scripts, a data dictionary and installation instructions. Strain, displacement and optical-distance units are documented in the data dictionary.

Introduction. This paper continues the preceding study in which a hybrid multimodal method for medical data analysis was proposed for use in clinical decision support systems (CDSS).
Materials and Methods. Experimental verification was performed on a composite test dataset based on MIMIC-III (61,532 hospital admissions, 46,476 intensive care patients). A unified comparative testing protocol was developed to benchmark the proposed hybrid method against five baseline algorithms (logistic regression, XGBoost, BERT-Clinical, ResNet-50, and simple feature concatenation) using five-fold cross-validation. The method was evaluated on an extended metric set covering accuracy, recall, F1-score, area under the ROC curve, probability calibration, robustness to missing data, and explainability (based on SHAP values). A software integration module built on the HL7 FHIR R4 standard was designed to connect the method to existing medical information systems.
Results. The study presents the results of experimental verification of the methodology for applying the developed method to a real clinical dataset. A comparative testing protocol with baseline analysis methods has been developed and described. An architecture for a software module to integrate the hybrid method into typical medical information systems (MIS) according to the HL7 FHIR R4 standard has been proposed. The method has been evaluated using an extended set of metrics: accuracy, completeness, F1‑score, calibration of probabilistic estimates, resistance to missing data, and explainability. On a test cohort of 46,476 patients, the method achieved a 7.4 p.p. gain in F1-score and a 31 % reduction in critical classification errors versus the best baseline.
Conclusion. The integration module and the phased implementation model developed in this study form a practically applicable methodology for transitioning a medical organization to the use of intelligent analytics in clinical workflows. The proposed solutions are ready for pilot deployment in existing medical information systems without replacing legacy infrastructure. Further research will focus on prospective clinical validation of the method on Russian clinical data and on developing mechanisms for adaptive retraining under data drift.

A desktop GUI for building LAMMPS molecular dynamics input scripts for deformation and temperature-profile studies. Strain or temperature profiles are drawn interactively on a graph as linear ramps or sine segments and converted into LAMMPS instructions upon script generation, bundled into a complete simulation package. One or more studies each define a loading profile, deformation axis, and lateral or thermal ensemble; and the output settings specify which dump and thermo quantities, strains, stresses, and running averages are logged. Generated packages contain atom data and potential files, LAMMPS input scripts, local run scripts for Linux, Windows, or macOS, a SLURM job script with automatic walltime checkpointing and resubmission, and a session file that stores the run configuration.Source code: https://github.com/LukasLaubert/LAMMPSdeformer

This thematic section highlights the importance of Entrepreneurship by pointing out the value of formulating a separate strategy for each business that will highlight its competitive advantages and indicate the actions that must be taken to ensure the greatest possible profit during its operation. Business strategy is the compass that guides an aspiring entrepreneur, but also businesses that are already in operation and helps them make the strategic choices that determine the nature of the business and its placement in the business world. Drawing up an effective strategy is of particular importance in the era we are going through because the competition is high, and the economic environment is particularly difficult especially in the field of healthcare and well-being, where the societal impact is also of high importance.

Abstract
The article examines the features of administrative and legal support for cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union in the field of cultural heritage preservation. The urgency of the problem is associated with the deepening of European integration, the development of border regions, the consequences of armed aggression, the need to restore damaged objects, the threat of illegal movement of cultural values, and the lack of coordination of the activities of relevant bodies. The aim of the work is to comprehensively determine the main components of the legal regulation of cross-border cooperation and substantiate the directions of its improvement in the issues of protection, restoration, accounting, return and further use of cultural heritage. The methodological basis was comparative law, systemic, axiological, formal-legal, institutional and functional approaches. Cultural heritage is considered as a social and legal value, a factor in the consolidation of territorial communities and an important resource of international partnership. Regulatory, organizational, procedural, financial, informational and control instruments of cooperation are highlighted. It was found that Ukraine has an appropriate legal framework, but needs to strengthen interdepartmental and cross-border coordination, digital data exchange, interaction with customs authorities and more active involvement of European funding. Priorities are identified as harmonization of procedures, expansion of community participation, development of coordination platforms, use of Interreg programs and strengthening of preventive control.

BACKGROUND: Practical clinical training is a crucial part of undergraduate medical education. Assessing students' satisfaction with this training is essential for improving education programmes. While research has often focused on student satisfaction with general or theoretical education, studies on practical clinical training remain more limited. This article presents the development of a questionnaire to assess medical students' satisfaction with clinical rotations and its validation in a psychiatric clerkship. METHODS: An initial draft of the Undergraduate Rotation Satisfaction Questionnaire (URSQ) was based on a literature review, and was refined in several phases, including structured reviews by panels of psychiatric and education experts. Exploratory factor analysis was performed using principal component analysis (PCA). Internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha coefficient) and test-retest reliability were calculated. RESULTS: The resulting questionnaire was piloted with 30 sixth-year students who had completed their psychiatry rotation in three hospitals affiliated with the University of Valencia. It was then distributed to all sixth-year medical students completing their psychiatry rotations in these hospitals during the 2023/24 academic year (total potential n = 235). Factor analysis revealed a cohesive two-factorial structure. The final questionnaire included nine quantitative and five qualitative items. Cronbach's alpha was 0.841, and the test-retest Cohen's kappa coefficients were =0.444. CONCLUSIONS: The URSQ is a valid and reliable tool to help universities assess student satisfaction with their psychiatry training programmes.
